I try to eat at The toasted yolk every chance I get when traveling. The service at this location was excellent. I sat at the bar and the bartender was fast, efficient and friendly. She had two very difficult young ladies to wait on and she handled it perfectly with a smile

We had a party of 11 and the food was presented beautifully for everyone. The food and drinks was delicious and the service was great. My family and I will certainly be back.

The food was delicious! The bathrooms were dirty and no soap, so it made a person wonder if the staff is washing their hands. Was a little surprised the servers had long hair hanging over their shoulders handling food. The food and service were excellent, though!

I’ve only been here twice but have had a great experience each time! The service is always friendly, the food is delicious, the food and beverage menu have so many options and they keep cholula on the tables! I love coming in after going to the gym

9/21/24. This is my second time and last time visiting this establishment. I ordered a waffle, eggs bacon, iced coffee for $25. With my food and my partners without tip it was $53.00.
I don't see this place being around much longer. I also feel the same about Egg Daddy which is also off of Belt Line. The restaurants in Addison are having a hard time staying open due to affordability. So many restaurants have come and gone over the years. The common denominator is the food has to be steller! If am going to spend $25 on a waffle, eggs, bacon, and an iced coffee my waffle should not be soggy in the middle, my eggs should be seasoned, and bacon crispy. I could have driven a little bit further and gone to First Watch instead.

Stopped by for some breakfast for the first time after weeks of contemplating. First thoughts: very clean and pleasant ambiance. Ordered the Southern Fried Arnold and it was AMAZING! Hash brown casserole was my favorite item on the dish. Never knew there was such a thing, but man it did not disappoint. Will be back!

Good Cup of Coffee and a Creative Menu!

Started with a hot cup of hearty coffee. When we start our day with a very good cup of coffee, the world is a better place. The Toasted Yolk delivered on this.

Great Eggs Benedict options from the West Coast which is two English muffin halves topped with Cajun turkey, bacon, tomato, guacamole, and two poached eggs topped with Cholula ranch; to the Southern Fried made of two biscuit halves topped with two hand-battered chicken tenders and two poached eggs covered with country sausage gravy.

The creative side includes Fruity Pebble French Toast and a Bam Bam Cereal Milk Cold Brew - have not tried, but will come back for these and then make our way to and through the breakfast bowls and the patty melt form the lunch menu.

Will be visiting again.

If you are looking for a tasty breakfast then give this place a try. Initially I felt the prices were a little high but the serving size makes up for it. Could the pancakes have a little more flavor, yes a touch of vanilla would go a long way, but that’s just being picky. Overall a good food experience.

I was so famished that I forgot to take a picture of my meal. I did get a picture of my nicely prepared drink ? I started with the Caramel Macchiato iced coffee and it was delishh. I then had the Southern Fried Arnold, eggs cooked all the way, with the Hash brown Casserole. Biscuit was overly crunchy, but it didn’t make or break the meal. They were so kind to grace me with their Blueberry donuts for my birthday- it comes with a blueberry puree sauce - AMAZING!

My waiter, Jeremiah was the best! His personality was down to earth and he was extremely attentive. This is the type of service I wish I could get everywhere I go. Thank you Jeremiah for ensuring we had a pleasant experience!
