We got here 40 minutes before 9 pm, when Google said it closed. The open sign was on, but the door was locked. An employee made eye contact with us, then went back to cleaning. We left and went to wing dash down the road.

The food is great! However, I've been going to your restaurant for the great wings and I can't help but notice that you only have one lady working through the whole day. I would really like to walk in sometime and not feel bad about eating there because of one lady doing everything on her own.

I have never been humiliated so bad in my life I came to pick up my order and the lady was shouting saying who the hell wants to buy this, ext. continue to cuss out load about my order, just. some common courtesy would be nicre., my Texas toast wasn’t dine correctly even after she cussed about it they refused to toast it, I wasn’t in a hurry so confused on why I could not get what I ordered?

This place way way better when it was JUST Wing Boss. Ever since Dickies morphed with them into this location, the service has declined. The first thing you hear when you walk in the door is “we are out of…” doesn’t make you want to eat here. The lady with the tattoos is careless. My wings were PINK. Order wrong. Avoid this place if you can. Sucks to see a good place go down hill.

I'd give it Zero. The location looks closed. I tried ordering today. Ordered online for 11am. Arrived at 11. Nobody home. Phones voice-mail is full. No way to cancel order. Avoid this place. Waited 15 minutes. Never saw any signs of life.

This place is screwed up. Tried going there 3 times. First 2 times closed even though their website and door sign hours showed open. Today took the cake. Talked in at 11:30 am (sign says open at 10:45 am) guy tells me they are closed until 12:45 because they have 3 big catering orders. No sorry, no apology. This place may have great wings, but customer service and the way it is managed sucks.

I had Buffalo hot and lemon pepper wings. The buffalo was good, but the lemon pepper was not because they tasted artificial and strange. My husband had the Cajun wings and they were delicious. I liked the Cajun season fries also. I have to say I prefer wing stop to here, but wing boss is okay.

I tried this place recently, I live in the Dallas area, so I was working in the area and thought I'd try this place out. I came in, and there was nobody at the register, but I did see a gentleman sitting in the bar area stand up from the bar along with two other folks (place was lonely) but anywho, the gentleman approach the register, (No friendly greeting but was nice answering my questions and patient) he passed me the menu, as I was ordering the 8pc wings the employee had asked me what flavors would I like with my wings. I said I wanted lemon pepper and he said "we're out of lemon pepper" which kind of rubbed me the wrong way because I don't know why he would ask and not tell me what flavors weren't available. I than I asked does he have a Nashville Hot flavor and he said "Yes, but that's only for chicken tenders" and I asked if I could order the chicken tenders with the Nashville Flavor and his response was "they were out of chicken tenders" so I just decided to order the basic Buffalo wings. The wings & fries were really good. I enjoyed them, but I did not like that the flavors were limited. I haven't encountered a wing restaurant not having lemon pepper, and I get it. It might've been a customers preferred flavor in that area. Who knows, I just find it weird how there's a Target right across the street with some of the basic products/necessities that are needed. I don't know the process and forgive me for not knowing. I just think this wing bar has great potential, and I thought I'd share some feedback to possibly help improve.

Not very good on customer service. Put my order in online 20 minutes before arriving. Once I arrived the restaurant was not even busy. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order. After i checked my order I noticed a couple of items missing. No brownie and toast. They said they were out of the brownies. They could have told me this before I left. I ordered 8 piece garlic Parmesan wings and only got 7 wings with no garlic or Parmesan on them. Also three of the 7 wings were not cooked all the way and had some pink in the center. I return I got 2 burger buns toasted and burnt. I don’t think I’lll be coming back here if they don’t care about their customers and double check orders before they go out. This was an inconvenience having to come back to the restaurant for the two missing items. I don’t recommend this place unless you want inconvenience and missing items on your order. I’m calling DoorDash to get a refund.
