Norma's Place Mexican Food

Prices are out of control. 2.55 to add cheese to a taco. Then the AI makes that takes your order makes more expensive. Used to be a regular but not anymore

Norma puts her FOOT in this food, so good. Yall don't sleep on this place.

Their food is great, the personal service is always great. However, they changed to a virtual person taking call in orders and it messed up my order. I prefer a real human so until they get rid of the virtual person I won't be calling back. Very sad because we ate there at least 2 times a week. Not any more. Just my opinion.

Their new system maple is a joke! I ordered 4 tacos and when I got to the window l they told me they weren’t able to take the extra taco off and was trying to make me pay for that extra taco! I grew up eating this for breakfast/lunch and dinner but they have declined in business bad! If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I remember coming here as a kid, and on a recent trip to San Antonio, I wanted to stop by. Definite nostalgia, very quaint and welcoming inside. Breakfast taco was great! The green salsa has a kick to it but was delicious.

Took us for ever just to get tea. Even longer to get food. We had to ask three people to get hot sauce. Then had to ask twice for a fork. Then they charged 85 cents for the cheese on the taco.

It was our first time and it was delicious. Melinda was an awesome waitress. We will be back.

Siimply delicous! We love this place the servers are always kind and personable. We come from Lubbock when we can and its usually our first stop when we visit. I love the way they served their salsa and chips spicy but worth the bite! I reccomend the beef puffy taco plate. You can't get puffy tacos like these anywhere back at home.

We had great menudo, barbacoa tacos and beans and can I say.. those beans were probably the best I have tasted since my poor momma. Thanks ladies oh and the tortillas were delicious

Got tacos to go and the bacon and egg had good flavor but their tortillas are a miss or maybe they need to go cook them a tad longer? Dunno but wasn’t crazy about them.. tasted like out the bag. Also got huevo a la mexicana and also lacked flavor. Probably wouldn’t go back but not surprised Adkins area don’t got good Mexican. Cheap tacos thou, spent a lil over $5 after noon.

I remember Melissa from her previous job and she was always so nice that I enjoyed going in there because of her always greeting and happy and then now I seen a few months ago I she works here and every time I come have dinner I see how attentive she is with all the customers and i see she multitasks the drive thru and customers in the restaurant. Shes always so happy when i come through the door she greets me every time! Does she ever have a bad day?!? lol she doesn’t show it because she’s always so happy and sweet! The other waitresses always have an attitude walking around looking tired and unhappy. I’ve gone through the drive thru and have picked up and again Melissa will greet me and have such a great attitude! I have not had the best experience with the other waitresses.
