I’m new to San Antonio and I was on the hunt for my new “home” tea shop! I tried a couple other places and then tried Alamo Heights Nutrition and it’s gonna be my spot! The drinks are great but the staff is what did it for me. They are so warm and welcoming and as someone who is here alone trying to start fresh it is so heartwarming to be welcomed the way they have welcomed me.

Great vibe and an amazing place to get healthy alternatives to get you into that healthier lifestyle! Been coming here for over 2 years and they have the best customer service!

I recently moved away from the nutrition shop close to me, and when I started a new job down the road from this shop I was very excited! Service is always quick and they are always invested in getting to know a little more about me each time I visit!Right now they have some Fiesta San Antonio themed drinks with fruits and I’ve never been to a shop that gets as creative as them.My go to drinks are the heights energy tea and the banana nut muffin protein shake.

A little bit pricey nice and friendly they're real friendly when they want to sell things other than that they don't care The place looks nice inside though last time I was there and spent over $30 for three things so if you have money you'll be good if you don't don't go

Stopped by after a co worker highly recommended them. I decided on the cinnamon dulce latte protein coffee and it was SO good. Even though it was a pretty large size I devoured it in a few minutes because I couldn’t stop drinking it. Will definitely be recommending and returning. The girl working also informed me on the other options and what’s inside since I was indecisive at first and was looking for a mid day pick me up.

My husband and I love coming here. The shakes are amazing, but the donuts are my favorite. They have tons of drinks to choose from and everything is customizable. The people and energy are great, nothing but good vibes! value each customer and make an effort to get to know them on a personal level. I 100% recommended stopping by.

This place is an Herbalife front. Not only is Herbalife a multi level marketing company where the majority of the reps make $0.00, Herbalife has several pending lawsuits regarding health and safety. Just go somewhere else.
