“Wonderful little hidden gem (that's maybe becoming not quite so hidden). I attended a special wine dinner here and, even though I don't drink at all, I still really enjoyed the meal. The food was all thoughtfully prepared and felt truly like dining at a friend's home. Everything was so personal and intentional.

I was sat at a communal table with other solo diners which led to some really interesting conversation. We all bonded over our appreciation of the food.

“I have tried almost every Sushi spot in San Antonio and Shiro stands above and beyond everyplace I have been to. Every single piece of Sushi was super fresh and just melts in your mouth, it is honestly going to be hard to go anywhere else after having been to Shiro. “I ordered from Door Dash and was very happy. I'll have to hit the place in person. I lived in Hawaii on and off for 11 years - 8 years as a kid/teen and 3 as an adult while in the Air Force. I miss the island food and flavors. This hit the spot. But wish the mac salad was more traditional if that can be a thing...in Hawaii, everyone had a slightly different recipe, not saying Hawaiian Bros mac salad was bad, but wish it was closer to what I ate in Oahu. Anyways, can't go wrong with this place. I had the Honolulu Chicken Plate.”

“Went to dinner before the Tobin show. New fall menu. The buttternut squash soup was delicious 😋 and served hot. Unfortunately the quinoa harvest salad with roasted beets, butternut squash, pepitas, and goat cheese was only greens…. Minus the other listed ingredients. Our waitress Brook was notified and said the cook staff that made the salad broke up with his girlfriend and sad! 😔 well we were sad and disappointed ☹️ and no compensation offered. The chicken Caesar salad was delicious. 😋 Hopefully no one else will get the same poor quality fall salad ! Beware ! 👻 trick or treat???!!!”
