“Tower Nutrition has the best protein donuts they are not only healthy but delicious. I always get the Mexican lollipop tea for that mid day boost. If you can't make the trip everyday I like that they have the tea kits for sale so you can make them at home. I also get the butter pecan shake it's sooo good and it gets me full. In addition, the staff always has a big smile, helpful, and seems informative of the products. I definitely recommend this place!“

“This is one of my favorite places to get food in town. I appreciate that a professional nutritionist makes the meals. I haven’t met her yet but I’ve heard good things about her.

I like all the delicious low sugar dessert options. This place makes getting the amount of protein I need much easier. I’m a picky eater and I haven’t had anything I don’t like here yet.

I love the brownies 😍 these are some of the best brownies I’ve ever had and there’s only 5 grams of sugar with no weird aftertaste 🤯 you are going to need to start making more of those because you have new regular customers and one of your regular customers was disappointed I bought the last 2 right before she came in.

The mini donuts are better than the regular. So far my favorite is the Pistachio 😋 as far as the meal preps… The Cilantro chicken & the Mexican casserole are delicious, I’m looking forward to exploring more of the menu.

The chicken is all Halal, never frozen fresh. The meals are great portion sizes. I usually can’t even finish one so forget not feeling full like after eating at other businesses sometimes I feel I need 2 meal preps to be satisfied 🤫

I like the vibe of this business overall. The cafe is so clean. The employees are kind, quick, and helpful. I highly recommend going here if you want to be healthy and enjoy what you eat.“

“I purchased a German chocolate nutritional shake and a "Mega Tea". Both were absolutely delicious. Additionally, staff were very courteous and expedient. I most definitely will return.Features: Social distance, masks, hand cleaners... etc are practiced and available.“

“I've never met them, but through some business dealings I learned that the owner of this place is, I think, a 2nd generation restaurant owner and from everything I've seen and heard, they are really good people. The food is great quality and the prices are totally decent. This place is definitely worth a try.“

This Fork To Fit location delivers great food, just like all of their other spots. The atmosphere inside is nice, clean, and spacious — you can easily walk around and even sit down to enjoy your meal comfortably. However, driving into and out of this location is extremely difficult. The parking lot is almost always packed, especially during lunch hours, and there have been times I’ve simply left and gone elsewhere. Despite this, I keep coming back because of their consistency and the quality of their meals. I do believe something needs to change — whether it’s relocating or finding a better parking solution — because the limited parking and tough access really do make it challenging for new or regular customers to visit.“

“I went through the drive thru to pick up my order (which was a blueberry blast shake) and was not disappointed. They offer an assortment of healthy additives that you can add on such as protein, multivitamins, etc. The drive thru attendant was a friendly and professional individual who quickly chatted about Star Wars (a huge favorite topic of mine) and provided my order promptly. Great, clean environment from what I did see from the outside.“

“Today was my first time trying bison and I really enjoyed the burger. Their air fries are very good as well. Way better than deep fried. Their sweet potato brownies were delicious. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We definitely recommend.“
