On average I'm spending a little less than 60$ every four days with enough meals for about 3 days (breakfast,lunch,dinner)Parking: Parking is smooth and quick. “Man I’m glad I found this spot. They have some of the best tasting dishes with the highest protein content out of most of the food prep spots here in the valley. They have convenient hours as well. Also, they’re selection on meals, snacks, and deserts are awesome. Enjoy guilt free on some delicious deserts. Oh, and they have a hot food menu with pizza, tacos, burgers, and more. All healthy, all within macros, and good protein. If you’re serious about your nutrition and tasty food, this is the spot. I’m making this my regular go-to spot.“

“My favorite poke in the McAllen area. Been coming for years and I love to mix it up with the variety of proteins, toppings, and sauces. The house sauce is awesome. ?? Just a heads up though, there's been an older lady working lately and she ALWAYS under serves the base AND protein. I usually have to get double servings of the protein just to get anywhere close to what the other staff give.“

“Fresh salads and juices. Very friendly service. Loved the staff. We enjoyed the Mediterranean salad and Energizer juice. Kids enjoyed the noodle soup and refreshers (Hibiscus and Strawberry). They drinks had just enough sugar. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area!!! “A bit pricey but, it was really delicious and my bf and I both really enjoyed it! He got the berrylicious açaí bowl and I got heart beet juice. I loved both and would recommend berrylicious for sure! Just not the juice unless you like the strong taste of ginger and celery mixed with beets like I do. I expected a bit more orange and beets flavor but either way I really liked it.“
