Atmosphere: not a huge fan of overhearing flirtatious banter in the workplace during mealtime, particularly when a manager/superior is participating. food would be more palatable if workers and managers alike focus on product quality and less on each other.
I heard through grapevine cooks don't get any tips from tip jars, now you can make an informed decision before being gratuitous.

I walked inside to order, rang there cow bell that says ring for help then waited for several minutes. Nobody came up front but could hear the employees and manger laughing in the back.

Tonight I received my order with a side of attitude. I was reprimanded, but this is something I could overlook as long as the food is good. The tator tots were spot on. After that the food begins to lose something. My girlfriend's burger was a mess. It appeared to have been thrown together, then smashed. We tried one of their featured items, the buffalo chicken bites, and they tasted like they had frostbite on them. I've been to Sonics in 7 different states and this one was not the worst, but it was far from the best. The lackluster food, coupled with the condescending customer service, forced me to write a review.I appreciate your time.
Parking: There are a very few places to park. No places to park with a menu and call button.

Ordered 2 corn dogs and when I took them out of the wrapping I was disgusted with the appearance. It’s obvious they had been cooked several times. Greasy is not even a good description, they weren’t even hot. This is the last time I will buy anything from this location. Every experience has been the same, disappointing. As high as food prices are getting, it’s sad that people spend their hard earned money on food you can’t eat. Too bad I can’t add a photo of them.
