Excellent steakhouse! Professional AND friendly. Dinning area was a great vibe and authentically Texas. My son’s prime rib was cooked perfectly. The sides were great. Made from scratch fresh bread. We also tried the Carmel apple bread pudding for desert and it was unforgettable. The person who served us I’m pretty sure was actually the owner. I came here for a steak while working in the area. I was seated pretty quickly. The server showed up to the table quickly for my drink order and was very friendly. The bread and butter were outstanding - freshly baked. I ordered a 16oz ribeye medium well with garlic mashed potatoes. The steak came out as ordered, and the potatoes were warm and amazing.
