I want to take a moment to recognize BearCat Donuts. My son's friend was visiting from out of town and was celebrating his 14th birthday in Aledo. Instead of doing the traditional birthday cake I reached out to BearCat Donuts for a customized peanut allergy free donut. Good donuts, very tasty apple fritters, and the best kolaches in Aledo. The food here is good but what bumps them up in my opinion is their customer service and friendliness. We moved to Aledo 5 years ago and have frequently gone into Aledo Donuts. The person at the counter hasn't changed in 5 years!! She's awesome and always makes sure that we get what we want. I have seen the reviews that mention rude customer service and in dozens of visits that just hasn't been my experience....read full review
