My brother and I went into subway during a late night dinner run. As we pulled in place was packed with stinky teenagers, and I mean STINKY. ( there was one individual I won’t name names, that has his Hawaiin shirt completely unbuttoned and no shoes or socks on. He then proceeded to go into the rest room- not wash his hands, and go up to his friend that was checking my brother and I out. He put his hands all over the cash register and near the food, again this teenager had no shoes or socks on and didn’t wash his hands in the bathroom.) All the staff were teenagers and none of them got our orders correct, they were all talking to their friends instead of attending to our order. While I don’t usually have negative things to say about food workers, this time it was actually disgusting.

I order subway once a week most of the time I go in the last two times I’ve done a mobile order last week they completely got the order wrong they mixed mine and my husband order it was right before closing so I couldn’t Call and have it fixed today I did a mobile order and again it didn’t come out right I just didn’t have the energy to go back. Also why do they give you the option to order Coke but don’t have it in store. I don’t recommend coming to this one it’s really gone down the crapper .

Left off my Pepperoni's on my kids pizza and threw the pizza sideways on top of my sandwiches. The last two times before this I waited 15 and 25 minutes respectively over my estimated time to get my food. I understand what an estimation is but they already a lot 20 minutes out from time of order. Getting two sandwiches 45 minutes after I order them is ridiculous. Won't be back to this location.

I think that they were trying to move as slow as possible on purpose, like it was some sort of cruel joke. There was a party of 3 in front of us and then our party of 3. It took no less than 30 minutes to get our sandwiches. There were two employees working and we were the last customers to order. The restaurant was filthy and as soon as they were finished making our sandwiches, they both got on their phones and ignored the dirty tables and floors. I watched both employees keep their gloves on while they rang up orders on the computer screen and the woman was touching her face with her gloves on.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Staff are unwelcoming. Walked in and stood at counter while staff just looked at us. Staff finally came over and just stood looking at us, then finally said what size. I assumed that meant tell me your order.

Ordered a toasted sub, made it to my destination and it was a completely cold sub. Called them the lady on the phone argued with me about what I got as if I'm not the one trying to eat a disgusting cold sub. Just told her forget I'll just never return

Ángel Pérez is the best employee and the best thing is that he can take your order in Spanish!!! Very good food and good service. For people who do not know English, you can go and ask for it. It is available from Monday to Friday from when they open at 9 am ?
