Not much customer service, waited some time for service. Wife's food was good, I had spicy tenders that were cold and overcooked, thank God I had gravy to set them in to make them eatable.

I guess theirs no one managing them because they tend to slack off a lot pretty un professional it’s ok to be comfortable but they’re way too comfy I miss when the manager was their and the food was accurate and service also . Oh well my kid hase coming back here . Some of the employees do do their job don’t get me wrong but others are just miking it all the way if they can .

Seems you were dealt a crap hand with the intercom being down but, that being said for the 3 minutes I was at the window, I happened to notice you were killing it. Keep up the great work!

This is very hot it’s horrible, me and my family can’t even enjoy a meal in the lobby without breaking a sweat, the employees are sweating all over the place it’s very sad. Does the owner not care about his customers or employees???? Someone needs to step up!

Lazy employees at night. They lie about being out of product because they don't want to drop fresh food. I've tested it. A delivery isn't made between 9:30pm and 10:30am. I've ordered livers 3 times at around 9:30pm and every time I've been told they're out. Not true because by 10:30-11am they'll be cooking them up. They don't close until 10pm. They're liars. The speaker should also be working well considering their prices.

Good food and good service. Sweet tea is great as well. This is the 3 piece fish with corn nuggets. Order took a while to come out but fish is nice and crispy!

Went through the drive thru 5 minutes ago. Gizzards are fresh, too hot to eat even. Okra is cold. I don't mean it's no longer hot, it's cold. It's had time to come to room temp and was obviously held at that temp. My roll looks like half of a roll torn in half. My box is wet on the bottom. I'm a little worried about eating it. Do better.

Chicken order: My chicken breast order was delayed 15 minutes. Was informed. But chicken was not prepared. Peak hours for evening dinner at 6:00 pm. Was told after I had paid. (No choice but to wait).

The dining room had the lights off, and the ceiling has black mold. The food is good and they prepared it fresh for me.
