Chili's is ok ! But its not one of my favorite places to frequent ,my wife and my son like it! I only went cause they wanted to go.. So I can't honestly rate it on my part

We were surprised to find a Chili's....in Alice of all places, but we decided to stop here and wait for a really bad storm to pass! Food was hot and the service was on point! They operated as good if not better than my local Chili's restaurant! Glad to know that this is a good option to stop for food on our drives between San Antonio and the Valley!

Brought our family here to have a dinner out, the hostess sat us, we sat there for 10-15 minutes and nobody came to the table and even asked what we wanted to drink. The servers were too busy flirting with each other. We kept looking over and they looked back at us- they weren’t doing anything but talking to each other. It was not busy at all. We just left.

I want to tell you what a jewel you have in Norma. We took my uncle out for his 86th birthday to Chili's which is one of his favorite restaurants. Apparently, Norma has been Uncle Joe's waitress for 30 years. She's an absolutely wonderful waitress and human being. She deserves a raise!!
