I would rate this no stars if possible. I went to get chicken and jalapeño poppers and EVERYTHING was very dry tasted and looked like it was sitting there since this morning. They never want to make spicy chicken, and they are very rude. Even if they mess up the order, they will act offensive to you. I wanted to keep trying to see if they would do better, but this is too much, I will learn and never buy from there anymore. They charge too much to not give you good food.

Food was horrible. Chicken had been sitting there since this morning. It tasted old and the oil was burnt. Like it hadn't been changed out. Service was bad. Never again will I spend money knowing the chicken is not fresh or at least not sitting under the warmer all day long.

Horrible experience, 2 customer in line and they take an hour to give you your food after telling you “I’ll be with you in 1 moment and then proceed to make you wait 5 mins just to take your order” Not to mention the employees act like they would rather kill them selves and the customer then be there

I went to get chicken for me and my little daughter at6:00pm. The girl with tattoos on her face forgot to give me 2 jalapeños that I had ordered. So I told her and she got mad and only gave me one jalapeño and slammed the window on me. Well I never complained about anything. But this time I am she was extremely rude and the food was cold. This happened in Alice tx. I will never go there again

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. The manager of this restaurant has to be one the most rudest, unhappy, and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, I wanted to order some chicken for my kids to take home. I was greeted with an attitude. Christy or Christina, she didn't have a name tag on. I tried to order an 8 piece dark that was on sale for 7.99 ( in small letters Wednesday only) it was Thursday so she rang it up for $16.99 and told me I should read the sign more carefully. Now, there was another sign that read 10 pieces dark for $12.99, so I asked her why she didn't recommend the 10 piece, which was cheaper ?. She screams at me."WE ARE HERE TO MAKE MONEY!!!!!! Now keep in mind that this place was on a street that was full of different restaurants, but this Church's had not one car, no customers were there, now I see why.

Churchs is not good, they have changed the recipe and their chicken tastes fake. This restaurant needs to go, it's Horrible. If your still eating here you don't have good taste. Although I was a huge fan of their mash potatoes I will never eat here again.
