We arrived at 10:30 am for a late breakfast. Upon arrival the floors were filthy at the entrance and all around the area we were seated. The hostess seated us and brought our drinks and told us our waitress would be right with us. Gnats were resting on the walls and flying around our table. We waited 10 minutes and were never approached or acknowledged by a waitress. Servers were standing around, but yet no service. We decided to leave and asked the hostess for a ticket and why. She said she was going to settle the situation and spoke to the manager. The manager came out and spoke to the hostess, but never spoke to us. The hostess apologized, but yet still charged us $4 for a glass of water a cup of coffee. The atmosphere was off, it felt dirty, and employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. I'm glad we left.
