Arrived at 9:10am ordered food by 9:15 received drinks 10 am still no food ordered French toast no extras, crepes no extras, and kids 5 pancakes w sausage. We left without eating worst part left my reading gasses and my granddaughters glasses went back at 1:45 pm to go get and of my cheap reader glasses were there but not my granddaughters. Will never go there again whoever took my granddaughters glasses wish u and ur family the worst.

First took forever to get someone to seat us. Then took awhile for them to take our ores when we got our food it was only part of our order. It was missing two orders when one of them came it wasn’t correct and it was burnt. Sent it back and then it took forever for them to come back with it. Never received the burger we ordered until we asked for it Togo. Then the waitresses staff didn’t attend to the tables they stood in the back. We had to go them to ask for refills. They told us the kids would be free and that the two meals that weren’t done would be discounted which weren’t. Total service and experience was horrible. IHOP in Alice tx

I woke up wanting IHOPs pancakes so we decided to stop there in Alice, TX. WORST SERVICE EVER.!! We did get seated and handed menus and served our drinks then after about 20 minutes I told my husband that the next server that comes into the dining area and does not take our order that I was leaving..so we'll we left and went to the Mexican restaurant right down the road that had awesome service

Very very laid back, nice understanding people work here and their regulars are pretty nice too. I am a hobo wandering the country on foot and places like this that are open either very late or all night, where I can order a coffee, rest a while, get out of the cold, use their wifi and otherwise relax and they're chill about it are rare and much appreciated. Most humans these days are weapons grade pricks, especially the youngguns, so the fact that there's so many nice chill younger folks working here was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend this joint to stop, rest your weary bones and order a coffee or a meal.

First there is no one to attend you when you walk in. The employees are all in the back. Secondly and most importantly, the silverware looked like it hadn't been cleaned. I had to clean my silverware myself. This is not my first time at this location, and these things must be tolerated by management because my experiences are always very similar to this!!!

If the staff does this the management. I like the place so I will keep coming back but you need new management cause this place needs to keep moving in the right direction.

I ordered some food a couple of days ago and intentionally waited to write a review but my thoughts are still the same, I payed over $30 for different pankacks with the different syrups and everything and what I got was plain pancakes and nothing else, 10 pieces of bread and literally nothing else, I tried to give this location the benifit of the doubt but all the times I’ve ordered here it’s all been the same. I’m not getting what I paid for and getting screwed out of money.
