I'm sorry I have been to this restaurant quit a bit and this past experience was horrible! I should've taken a picture of what was a pile of chips with 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese on top NOT MELTED and pieces of sirloin steak which mind you was on the menu as part of the nachos NOT AN ADD ON I can count the pieces in two hands maybe 8 which we didn't eat because some pieces were med rare and we asked for med well...Then the waitress who neglected us was very rude at times. I understand sometimes it may be a rough day but come on...then the onion rings were overly battered and a little on the dark brown side. The wings were supposed to have lemon pepper came plain. Needless to say we didn't get charged for our meal but not until I had to argue my point about the extra add on that was not on the menu which read included on the ULTIMATE NACHOS sirloin or chicken. Never again sorry may have been the cook I don't know but that will be my last time.

Service here is horrible, overpriced for crappy service. The food was somewhat decent , your typical bar food. Drinks were bad, ordered margaritas and few other mixed drinks , couldn’t even taste any liquor in them. Would never go back here again. Bar countertop were dirty and we weren’t given any utensils or anything to eat with. I would give no stars if I could .. this place wasn’t worth $55 dollars

Great prices, great food! They were busy and waitresses seemed to keep up. Ciara treated us well. Hubby's CFS was thick and not all breading. My meatloaf was delish. Sorry, no pics. We devoured quickly. $24.98 total. 😁

I just ordered 3 of their lunch specials. I ordered around 12:40-12:45pm. they told me 10 mins and it would be ready. I show up at 1:05, 20 mins after I ordered to make sure it was ready. as I got there I was waiting for a good 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Then I hear a cook come out and say "I just used all the Mexican rice so we ran out. we have enough for the plates ordered but there's no more." after that a girl waitress says "not fair im taking that because I wanted one to go." mind you this is 30 mins after I ordered my food already (still haven't been acknowledged) I finally get a girl to help me and cash me out and what do you know. there's no rice. even tho the cook said he ran out way after I placed my order. but one of the girls wanted it to go home instead that worked there.
Everyone just looks at you and doesn't help while you are standing there for a good 10 mins. They never have everything in stock so im always have to get substitutes.

Out of this WORLD 🪅🪅🪅 Last week, I had the privilege to dine in for a 2:00 lunch with my assistant. Waitress Michelle got busy seated and waited on. Promptly bringing our drinks and checking for appetizers, we declined. Placed our seafood plate orders and my immaculate dinner salad came out 😲 I was impressed with the size 👌 the plates came out roughly as I was halfway through my salad. They were both very well plated, served and at HOT temperature 👍 it was a very good plate for the price and both the wait and cooking time, we're appropriate ✔️ I will definitely be returning for the special of the day, the Savory Meatloaf 😋 Ty Michelle and also to the cook, Angel. We'll definitely have this restaurant as a must have eatery, visiting Alice, once a week. Congrats to both these employees for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏

First time here and I want to just point out that the waiter was new. We spend 2 hours in that restaurant. We had to ask for plate for appetizers, more refills and she seldom checked on us. Being in waiting and serving, people need to be fast when it comes to people and their food.
