I was told by manager that my next meal was going to be compensated for free. When I went back to get the meal she said 7 days had already passed! She never once explained that there is a time limit! Bad customer service, dirty restaurant, employees cuss aparently management does explain!

The food was good but the cashier and manager were both very rude. When I mentioned Google the manager was a little lighter on the attitude. Won't be going back. Paid almost $10 for 3 cups of water on top of our $45 for food.

It had been a while since I been to Long John's. We were originally going to stop at Burger King next door since we had a coupon. We decided to just go to LJS and it was a good choice. Food was fresh and didn't take long at all. Order extra hush puppies. Thank me later

We ordered 3 different meals and the woman started off as nice and then it declined rapidly. She was very rude towards the end, and it took 30-40 minutes for our food to come out. We were the only ones there and cars behind us left with bigger bags faster. Another woman came out and was very nice and very attentive. We tried to be nice to our order taker, but she seemed to be having a bad day. The food was good, we just won't be returning due to the customer service while our order was taken. We watched two other families come as we waited and left with their food before we got ours.
