I’m born and raised in Lockhart BBQ capital of Texas. My taste buds know great BBQ and Rollies is hands down the best BBQ I have had since moving down here to south TX!
And the potato salad is on par with grandmas and that’s saying something!

All the meats had a good flavor. Sides were lacking. Mac n cheese had a twang and extremely salty , potato salad was store bought , and bbq sauce had a vinegar taste , service was very good friendly . Music was good but very very loud for the size of crowd ..just being real !!
I wish they were open more often. Food was fantastic!! Customer service was amazing!! We will definitely go back. The atmosphere is very laid back. We brought our food to go but I would eat there also.
