The other day I ordered this double beef burrito with no rice and no tortilla strips. I've ordered this at so many other locations and this location. It had never been this thin. I also ordered a taco with no lettuce and it was full of wet lettuce and made the tortilla soggy as I knew it would. I decided to let it go. Today I ordered the double beef burrito with no rice and no tortilla strips and again, very little meat. So, I decided to address it and ask for more meat and they also forgot my side of sour cream. Well, I had to pay extra for the beef that should have been included and I had to get down after they forgot my side of sour cream. They ended up filling my burrito with the sour cream instead of putting it on the side. Literally a sour cream burrito and very little meat after I paid extra. The manager needs to be replaced. Seriously, she has a horrible attitude. The employees were nice but because of this manager, I will be calling corporate. She needs to be replaced and reported. If she doesn't want the job, give someone else that's qualified and friendly the chance. She swore there were 2 scoops of beef on a burrito she didn't even make herself.

Wores experience ever we spent close to 100 bucks for 8 of us we was 1st one in restaurants and last one to get are food since it was big order meet was cold and taco was supposed to Supreme but lack on topping and my noches had lots beans and almost no meat soft taco flour was hard on side
The food is good.....whenever you finally get it! The workers are all kids and all look like their high! I waited 20 minutes even after I ordered ahead through their app. I got asked 3 different times if I had gotten my food already. Every time I answered no, I was met with a blank stare.
The staff got my order wrong, and I had to return three times before they could get my order correct! Very frustrating, irritating, and ridiculous ?!!!
