We did an online order through the drive thru and they told us to pull into the parking because our 2 chicken sandwiches weren't ready, by the time we got our food we had waited 15 minutes and some of it had already cooled down by then. Horrible service 0/10.

How you guys not even open a year and the place goes to poop. No one will be there but you will wait 45 mins for food. Go through drive through and they make you pull up to the parking lot and then forget to bring you your food. Or they always swap it for someone else’s. They ask for your order. You give it to them. They tell you to repeat it because they are busy doing something else.

We show up and ask for a baconator combo and a 10 piece nugget, there is only one other car waiting for their food, after 15 minutes of waiting we finally get our order. Of course the order was wrong so I go inside to get our actual order, after waiting for about another 10 minutes we get our “order” only to find that they got the order wrong AGAIN. The lady had the audacity to give me attitude when they can’t get a simple order right after TWO ATTEMPTS.

Went a few days ago dine- in noticed the atmosphere not just by looks by smell as we'll 💯 Management or somebody needs to do something about that place. It's starting to smell like sewage in there

I ordered the brown bag special with a double cheeseburger with bacon fries.For peace nugget and a drink. Burger looks like it's been sitting there for a while.There is so much grease on the paper.It is ridiculous and all the food is cold.
Did an online order at 2:00 in the morning got to the speaker and no one answer went to drive through the window no one came up was there for 20-30 minutes I started banging on the window some guy came up I told him Hey where's the workers they got to replace a person that works at night cuz they shouldn't be asleep what time it is

The food is always 🔥 and delicious. The spicy chicken sandwich is my go-to favorite. And, now, the frosty has some extra mix-in options 💣... That lil cup of ice cream is delish all by itself, much less with some chocolate sauce and Oreo cookie crumble... Yes, please! If you haven't been to Wendy's in a minute, then you need to go reintroduce yourself to the one in Alice, Tx... Because they are all NOT the same. The crew makes all the difference! George is always friendly, helpful and, overall, has a great attitude any time of the day! When it comes to food that's fast, yummy and budget friendly... It's Wendy's for the W. 👏🏼👏🏼🌟💥🎉🙌🏼

Ok so the service was good the food was good as well until I realized they forgot to give me my frosty and refused to do anything about it and I have my receipt and everything. . Just told me to ask for a blue book I think and about free coffee I think but I'm like no I paid $5 for my frosty idk but no refund nothing
