We always order jalapeños on our burgers and never get them. I’m done with this place.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a pico burger and when I got it it was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melting. I watched families get whole meals while I waited for one ELEVEN DOLLAR burger at whataBURGER. Not how I wanted to end my 17 hour work day.

Ordered 2 bobs this morning at 7am after my boyfriend got out of work, first of all they only gave me one bob. I only noticed cause I looked at the receipt and saw she didn’t charge me for it, so i had to tell her again. There was maybe 2-3 cars behind me 1 in front of me I had to weight 25 mins for my food!! I was eating the bob and there was LITERAL EGG SHELLS IN THERE!!! They went into my gums and I almost choked, absolutely disgusting and disappointing!! Whoever is manager to this place needs to make sure they’re employees are cracking the eggs right smh!!

I'd leave negative you can hear the manager in the back yelling at employees but my order was still wrong the company should treat their employees better at most of all respect them maybe they'll get the food right 👍 I wont be back
