Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a pico burger and when I got it it was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melting. I watched families get whole meals while I waited for one ELEVEN DOLLAR burger at whataBURGER. Not how I wanted to end my 17 hour work day.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous, the order was wrong and we were changed for an extra item that we didn't even order. Be sure to check your receipt/order before you leave. They cannot be trusted.

Ordered 2 bobs this morning at 7am after my boyfriend got out of work, first of all they only gave me one bob. I only noticed cause I looked at the receipt and saw she didn’t charge me for it, so i had to tell her again. There was maybe 2-3 cars behind me 1 in front of me I had to weight 25 mins for my food!! I was eating the bob and there was LITERAL EGG SHELLS IN THERE!!! They went into my gums and I almost choked, absolutely disgusting and disappointing!! Whoever is manager to this place needs to make sure they’re employees are cracking the eggs right smh!!

I'd leave negative you can hear the manager in the back yelling at employees but my order was still wrong the company should treat their employees better at most of all respect them maybe they'll get the food right 👍 I wont be back

This used to be the best Whataburger around, but the quality has dropped significantly in the last year or so. Today I picked up a Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger and opened it after leaving the parking lot. It was so greasy on one side that the bun had literally turned into wet mush. I do not mean that it was a little soggy or greasy, it was literally falling apart into a mushy mess. I ended up using some paper towels to dab up the grease and ate it with a fork after throwing the bun away.
I came by last month and had a Mushroom Swiss Burger and sadly it had the exact same problem.
I realize that this is fast food and it will be greasy, but if the bun cant even survive the 60 seconds it takes to pull out of the parking lot, then there is a problem. Customers should not need to order a burger with the bun on the side and a roll of paper towels to soak up the excess grease.
On a positive note, the fries and drinks were done correctly.
Just love their food , the right temperature, I know that I buying a fresh and an excellent food

Simply stated, the service was poor in almost all areas. Our sandwiches took between 20 to 25 minutes to prepare. We received no ketchup for our fries (even after asking for it). We finally went to the counter after waiting maybe 5 minutes and asked & received ketchup. We also asked for bbq sauce- didn’t receive it. The food itself was fortunately fairly good with no issues.

The drive thru line was fast. My food was hot and delicious.
They really need to improve on speed on the drive thru,they take forever to get traffic flowing!The food is always great but I just really hate how slow they are,get experienced cashiers on the drive thru please.
