Alicia B at the Allen location was amazing, attentive, and friendly. She had multiple tables and a large party and handled it all!! The food was excellent! We will definitely be back. I need to try the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl!!!!!!!Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is great and has a lot of options for kids to choose from.

we reserved a table at 7 and didn’t get sat till 7:45, the hosts were rude and careless, they acted bothered when we asked about our reservation and status of our table. otherwise, the server and food were good.
The waitress must of been new because she came up to welcome us but instead stood there looking around. So I address her that I would like iced tea with Splenda. She said I’ll be right back then walked off. We should of known to leave at the time.But we had our grandson with us and he was hungry. Then waitress finally came back and took our drinks order. Once she came back my daughter ordered mini pizza with Caesar house to start with, so waitress asked so you want to eat the salad first??? Yes, she does want the salad first. Then our salad came within 10 minutes of each other to eat. My daughter’s salad came first…then mine later. Once we had finished our meal, I had to catch the waitress to ask for a to go box and my check. She never came back so I sent my daughter and grandson out to load car and I would for wait for my to go box and bill. So runner gave me my to go box and bill to pay. When I’m signing my bill the waitress came up to me to say don’t worry about the dishes, I’ll clear them for you. Really??? I have no words to say cause I was just so disappointed. My bill was $59 and change but I had left under $5 tip cause I know waitresses work for their tips.My husband and I have always enjoy BJ’s but I will have to look for a different location near me.

WE CAME BACK!! We had a group of 27 for lunch today at BJ’s Restaurant in Allen. This was our second luncheon at the restaurant and it was just as wonderful as our first visit. The food was delicious and the menu has a lot of great selections. I enjoyed my Fried Couscous Mac & Cheese Balls and others at my table really liked their huge and tasty burgers and sandwiches. The drinks were outstanding! Service by our waiter, Emma, assisted by others, was exceptional. We had such a great time! Parking was easy and plentiful. Highly recommend this place!!

me and my friend had a very kind waiter named robert. service was excellent but robert had such shaky hands that he almost dumped pizookie all over the table. thankfully he saved it from falling. nerves got the best of him i guess ?♀️. happens to the best of us. good luck robert on your waiting career.
