I went with my family and we had the worst service. We ordered our meals and nothing came out on time. Our drinks were not refilled. We will not be back.

It is better to go before 4 pm on a Sat. Service was not up to par. Asked for Ice water, got ice in a cup and then was asked if we want water in it. 🤦‍♀️ then the fried chicken was not completely cooked and two of the servings were cried bones and no meat. Out of 4 pieces only one had meat. Asked for something else and the manager was not pleasant at all.

I've been to many other Cracker Barrels from Florida to California. This one is not one of the better ones. We stopped to meet a friend on our way home. He suggested meeting here. He wanted to see if it had been remodeled (and it had not). The online reviews were all over the place, so I wasn't sure about it. But after visiting, I definitely am adding to the "less than good" opinions. It was Labor Day, and they were busy. Fortunately, I had used the online waiting list, so we were able to get around the half hour wait. We still had to wait 5-10 minutes once we arrived but there's the rocking chairs and the gift shop (though only one Cracker Barrel t-shirt available). That's not one style or one size; it's ONE t-shirt! Really? The restaurant seemed less than clean (and the bathroom was a disaster) but maybe that was at least partly due to the crowd. I got the feeling that they didn't have nearly enough help working for the size of the crowd. Our waitress was very nice and did the best she could but, again, I think she had too many tables to take care of probably due to a lack of enough servers. The food was average. Nothing was very warm, from the pancakes to the eggs to the country ham to the biscuits and gravy. And it appeared that it was thrown on the plates in a hurry. We had to wait awhile for it too, and I can only assume the kitchen was as short-staffed as the rest of the place seemed to be. Cracker Barrel has had some real misses lately with their marketing and public relations. Maybe their CEO needs to focus on the basics instead of screwing around with the logo. Where is Uncle Hershel when you need him?

Togo did a great job. It’s been awhile since we have been to Cracker Barrel. It was a very good experience to be back!

Have visited this location numerous times, but never have I experienced the level of service provided today by Spencer. He exceeded our family's expectations with his kindness, attentiveness, efficiency, and willingnessto go above and beyond! Thank you Spencer! Your excellent service is valued.

What an absolute mess! I ordered the Biscuit Benny and had to return it because the eggs were cold. It was a Friday, the place was virtually empty and this is what I receive? Cold eggs, hard sausage patties, soupy grits? I returned the plate for 2 fresh and hot over easy eggs. I didn't want to upset my family because of my displeasure, so I accepted the plate after the eggs were re-done. I WILL NEVER return however!

Was a zoo when arriving A good thing called in and got added to the wait list. Food and drinks took longer than normal, not all the side were ready with the main. Don't know if volume related. Drink refills were not happening. Also it was beyond loud. Sunday breakfast probably not the time to go to this location.
