Do better ..Women working the inside register on Sunday morning overcharged, didn’t offer a receipt and left off items from our order. When I returned to get the missing item, they were confrontational before they finally found my order and made the missing item. Super annoying when I’m just trying to get my family and guests a quick breakfast.

The ladies work there are so rude. Ask them to cut the bagels, they gave you a impatiently look. When I got home and open the bag, they didn't cut two of the dozen bagels. I used to go there often, I love their bagels. But the staffs work there, cut me back.

The staff member (old lady) I interacted with was extremely rude, and I believe she may not be suitable for a customer-facing role if the business aims to maintain a positive reputation. I have been visiting for two years, and I have noticed similar concerns raised by other customers in their reviews. Had earlier feedback been addressed, this issue might have been avoided today.

I went to buy a bagel today and the store manager took my order but never processed and when I asked her after 10 minutes her answer in a rude way was 2 minutes and walked away and I waited for 10 more minutes until a young man that was making the food approached to me and asked me for my order because I was the only one at the store and he noticed the manager never placed it and the Manager went ballistic to this young man and the other lady making the food while she was doing nothing, she start talking nasty to the employees that helped me and did her job her attitude was disgusting and beyond disrespectful to the people who helped me and took care of me, definitely not professional at all and not a place I will recommend to someone and the place wasn’t busy at all so no explanation or an apology for her lack of care. I feel bad for the lady and the young man who has to deal with her disrespect, don’t do that in front of customers!

If I could give this place a zero or negative star, I would as this location doesn’t even deserve a single star. This is the worst location ever and we are disappointed every single time we visit. Today we went to pick up our online order and they refused to give us the order as placed. They put random bagels in our order and then refused to slice our bagels (which we had requested through our online order and repeated in person at the store). They claimed the slicer was broken as they were using it right in front of me. This location should be inspected for proper management and customer service. Truly an unacceptable experience every visit.

I was going to buy bagels at Costco, but my friend told me Einstein bagel has back to school promotion going on, so decided to buy there. I ordered online and picked up at the store, but when I arrived, even though an employee was right there, they were just busy doing cleaning and stuff. When finally a lady passed my order to me, the paper bag was not well closed.
When I arrived home, I opened and found out bakers dozen has 12 bagels? And shmears were in the same bag even with the receipts. I checked to cut the bagels but they didn't cut either.
Elementary kid could've done better than this. I'm not going to this location again. Are they under new management or something? They used to be better than this.

You know I've eaten the bagels from here before. I think they're pretty good. I've eaten them mostly at work because someone brought them for meetings. I decided to do something nice for my coworkers today and bought the bagels for today's meet up. So before I went in to the office this morning I stopped by Einstein's. The lady at the counter greeted me warmly. She was super nice and got my order of a baker's dozen quickly. Customer service there was great and everyone on my team enjoyed the bagels.
