**Customer service is horrible** do not recommend going through the drive thru. They rush you through so fast, that half the time your order is wrong or poorly made; sometimes even both. The food isn’t bad (do not get coffee here), but definitely wouldn’t recommend giving the owners of this location your money, if they care that little about the service they give their customers.

some of the rudest employees i’ve had the displeasure of encountering. not only did she get my order incorrect she proceeded to disagree that she was at fault. if you don’t like your job find a new one and don’t take it out on your customers

I've tried to come here a couple times because I love Einstein Brothers bagels... but every time I go the bagels are stale as if they've been toasted hours before. Not to mention, the coffee is always burnt so bad it is undrinkable. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

I go to this same place every day, I don't understand why they say it's bad. I work at the gas station and I do recommend this place because the workers are special. A young man, somewhat short, always greets me and they even know what I eat. I don't even have to order when I step into the store, they know what I'm going to eat, that's why I love this place.

The bagels are good, but the attitude of the employees is terrible. They are very impatient and make me feel like I owe her a lot of money and didn't pay back. I hope owner can fix that. Bagels tasty good.
The breakfast is great here and the service is amazing here, the drive thru is fast and efficient

I went to this location on Sunday. I was amazed by the cleanliness and great customer service. The bagels were soft and chewy. The coffee was fresh. Thank you for the great customer specially to Miss Saba and Miss Gloria. Keep it up the good work guys!

The customer service was awful. I ordered at the drive thru and got a completely different order. With the order I received, that wasn’t even good either. Because of how rude the server was. I didn’t even feel comfortable to go back and correct them. I understand if people have a bad day, but I won’t be coming here anymore.
