If I could give this place a zero or negative star, I would as this location doesn’t even deserve a single star. This is the worst location ever and we are disappointed every single time we visit. Today we went to pick up our online order and they refused to give us the order as placed. They put random bagels in our order and then refused to slice our bagels (which we had requested through our online order and repeated in person at the store). They claimed the slicer was broken as they were using it right in front of me. This location should be inspected for proper management and customer service. Truly an unacceptable experience every visit.

I was going to buy bagels at Costco, but my friend told me Einstein bagel has back to school promotion going on, so decided to buy there. I ordered online and picked up at the store, but when I arrived, even though an employee was right there, they were just busy doing cleaning and stuff. When finally a lady passed my order to me, the paper bag was not well closed.
When I arrived home, I opened and found out bakers dozen has 12 bagels? And shmears were in the same bag even with the receipts. I checked to cut the bagels but they didn't cut either.
Elementary kid could've done better than this. I'm not going to this location again. Are they under new management or something? They used to be better than this.

You know I've eaten the bagels from here before. I think they're pretty good. I've eaten them mostly at work because someone brought them for meetings. I decided to do something nice for my coworkers today and bought the bagels for today's meet up. So before I went in to the office this morning I stopped by Einstein's. The lady at the counter greeted me warmly. She was super nice and got my order of a baker's dozen quickly. Customer service there was great and everyone on my team enjoyed the bagels.

I got coffee and a toasted bagel through the drive-thru.I forgot to ask for cream in my coffee (they didn't ask if I wanted cream either). So I ask at the window and they couldn't help me although I tried to take the top off the coffee and it really burned me. Stupidly hot coffee!!!! I went to the parking lot, parked the car poured out some of the coffee and added ice and it was still too hot!!! The place was not busy and they were acting as though they had a hundred people waiting. Or they really just wanted to ignore me? Not a welcoming place. Go to a different coffee place. This one is not a good experience.

Sarah/Nabiha was so incredibly rude taking our order. Would cut us off and just yell “HELLO” over and over until we stopped talking instead of just waiting to let us know she had another question. Then once that was passed she said “anything else” after every single sentence without even waiting a beat. Once that was finished she said what we assume was pull up but we couldn’t hear her so we tried clarifying and had to yell “sorry what’d you say” maybe 3 times into the speaker and was just promptly ignored. Horrendous service and almost considered asking for a refund and going somewhere else. She needs to learn basic manners.

They don’t have a good system to push out orders even when they first open and it’s not busy yet. Huge lack of common sense and customer service. Drive thru was down. The person who seemed to be the manager was just walking around acting as if they were helping the crew. Staff was extremely rude. I had one bagel order and it was put in the system wrong and neglected to be pushed out to me after waiting over 15 mins even after waiting in a drive thru that wasn’t working. WOW. 30 mins later my bagel was still made wrong so I went back for a refund and no bagel. We love Einstein but this location was awful, no manager on staff.
Terrible experience honestly.

Drive-Thru Experience:
Every time I return, I find more reasons not to come back. Thankfully, the girl who took my order was nice, but they really lack good customer service. The last time I visited, my coffee was made incorrectly, and the woman working there argued with me about it. I decided to just leave without further confrontation.
Today, I made sure that my coffee was correct. They messed it up the first time, but the girl apologized and fixed it. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined; it’s often cold, and they take a long time to serve it. The girl did forget to hand my card back to me, which added to my annoyance. I just wish they would swipe the card right in front of the customer and return it immediately.

Lady in the drive thru is so rude , she
Literally yelled at us as if she is giving free food, very bad experience, in general this place has a very bad atmosphere inside also with very mean staff , had bad experience in the past too, don’t recommend this location.

These are pretty consistent wherever you go. The bagels are great, the smears are great. Coffee is just ok... but i like strong coffee so others might find it perfect.
