You know I've eaten the bagels from here before. I think they're pretty good. I've eaten them mostly at work because someone brought them for meetings. I decided to do something nice for my coworkers today and bought the bagels for today's meet up. So before I went in to the office this morning I stopped by Einstein's. The lady at the counter greeted me warmly. She was super nice and got my order of a baker's dozen quickly. Customer service there...

I go to this same place every day, I don't understand why they say it's bad. I work at the gas station and I do recommend this place because the workers are special. A young man, somewhat short, always greets me and they even know what I eat. I don't even have to order when I step into the store, they know what I'm going to eat, that's why I love this place.

I went to this location on Sunday. I was amazed by the cleanliness and great customer service. The bagels were soft and chewy. The coffee was fresh. Thank you for the great customer specially to Miss Saba and Miss Gloria. Keep it up the good work guys!
