Coffee sucked for the 2nd time. I noticed that after the brew process, hot water was added to the cup which may be the source of my dissatisfaction with my coffee for both of my visits. However, their muffins are the best. I like to support small businesses and this one deserves it. Once they fix their coffee weakness problem then I will return.
I visit the Allen public library really often so I always walk past this place. I decided to give this place a try after my chicken salad recipe turned out to be a disaster... It was a slow afternoon and the cashier is really nice. Since it was my first time trying their food, he answered all the questions I had. I ordered a roast beef sandwich. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating to any needs. All the food is made from scratch and tastes amazing. On top of that it's located inside of the library, which is the prefect place for a cafe. I'm definitely glad I found out about this place, I can't stop going back to get more!
