Deja has a bright smile and just makes our day knowing she took care of us. Even at closing time she still glad to see us. Good Job Jason Deli for catching thos lady.

Jason's Deli offers decent food with friendly service, as mentioned by some reviewers. The restaurant features a variety of options, including build-your-own sandwiches, salads, desserts, pastas, and loaded potatoes, with seasonal items that come and go. The salad bar looks delicious and is well-stocked, even on busy days like Father's Day, and there are vegetarian options such as fruit and build-your-own sandwiches. The deli provides catering services with vegetarian, gluten-free, and large-scale menus available upon request. Many customers appreciate the Kid-friendly choices, including kids' meals and half sandwiches. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible in the DFW area. However, some issues have been noted, like changes to the Reuben Sandwich, which disappointed a regular customer. There have also been reports of inexperienced staff and a noisy alarm. One reviewer mentioned that the table was not properly wiped, and the salad bar had less stock than usual. Recently, some customers noticed a strong bleach smell near the salad bar and drink station, and a few found the ranch dressing to taste funny. Despite these concerns, many praise the quick service and the free soft ice cream dessert. One customer shared a very positive experience with a staff member named Molly, who was friendly, patient, and made the visit special, turning a bad day into a good one. Others mentioned enjoying the Good Sante Fey Chicken sandwich, which was flavorful though a little gristly, and appreciated the atmosphere and helpful employees. Overall, Jason's Deli continues to offer a satisfactory dining experience with a good selection of food options.
