Jersey Mike's at this location has subpar service. It was previously my go-to spot, but unfortunately, it no longer meets my expectations. I visit daily during my lunch break. Recently, I had a disappointing experience, and I feel sympathetic towards the employees as well. The management is inadequate, with the manager displaying a poor attitude. A sandwich mix-up occurred, and my order was given to the wrong person. The African American young lady employee attempted to explain the situation, but the manager became defensive instead of listening to her. I wouldn't want to work under someone with that attitude. I appreciate the employee's efforts and wish her well. It's essential to consider this before visiting.

I have eaten at other locations. This is my visit here. A friend's office is close to this location. He and his son have never eaten at Jersey Mike's. Someone from Jersey Mike's came to my friend's office today, and gave them free promotional coupons. I had the #17 Mike's Famous Philly with Rosemary Parmesan bread, and they had the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone with Rosemary Parmesan bread. They were delicious. We talked with several people who worked here. They answered all our questions. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Good people + good food = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews. Great customer service! Thank you all!

If Jersey Mike’s is going to use Door Dash and charge a $5 delivery fee (plus tip), tell the driver to at least ring the doorbell to let customers know their food is waiting on the FLOOR. I specifically requested in the notes for them to not put my food on the floor and to hand it to me. No way to modify the tip after the fact either.
