I have eaten at other locations. This is my visit here. A friend's office is close to this location. He and his son have never eaten at Jersey Mike's. Someone from Jersey Mike's came to my friend's office today, and gave them free promotional coupons. I had the #17 Mike's Famous Philly with Rosemary Parmesan bread, and they had the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone with Rosemary Parmesan bread. They were delicious. We talked with several people who worked here. They answered all our questions. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Good people + good food = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews. Great customer service! Thank you all!

Jersey Mike’s always gon’ hold it down when you need a solid sub on the go. I pulled up, they built it fresh, fast, and with care. Bread was soft, meat was stacked, and the flavor was real especially with that ‘Mike’s Way’ hit.💥 The spot was clean, energy was cool, and I left full and focused. If Jersey Mike’s is going to use Door Dash and charge a $5 delivery fee (plus tip), tell the driver to at least ring the doorbell to let customers know their food is waiting on the FLOOR. I specifically requested in the notes for them to not put my food on the floor and to hand it to me. No way to modify the tip after the fact either.
Can not believe the kindness I experienced at this particular Jersey Mike’s location. I was lucky enough to get served by the manager, Philip himself. Nicest guy, had a lovely conversation with him while I ordered my pastrami sandwich. Which by the way, I hope they keep on the menu moving forward. It's Delicious. The store was clean and in this, the service was expedient. Thank you guys very much!

This place consistently messes up the order. I ordered 4 subs and picked it up 15 min back. I even used my Shore Points to get 1 sub free. After I reached home and sat down for dinner, I see 3 subs in there. I immediately called back to inform this, and the person on the other side said he couldn't even understand what I was trying to say!!! This is not the first time my order has been messed up.
