So Jimmy Johns here on Exchange has zero customers inside, zero customers in drive-thru, and no fewer than FIVE teenagers standing around doing absolutely nothing.
As I pull-up to drive thru,here’s entire the conversation. He opens with:
Incel: “Um, we’re out of French Bread….
Me: “Dont you make that in-house fresh all day?”

One of their employees came over to our work in Fairview and delivered free samples, menus, and catering menus. Next day I place an order after a busy day that I skipped lunch and before I headed out for the day. Then they called to say that one they had the wrong address and two that they didn’t even deliver in our area. Then why bring samples and menus and state you deliver if you don’t actually. So disappointed with service.

Jimmy John's is a clean and well-staffed restaurant that serves delicious sandwiches with homemade bread. The staff is polite, attentive, and friendly, creating a great atmosphere. Customers enjoy the Italian Night Club, the Turkey Tom Little John, and the #12 Beach Club as an Unwich lettuce wrap. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and provides a consistently excellent and super fast dining experience. The drive-thru is very busy and the place is bright.
