Placed an order using the mobile app, arrived at the store before it was ready, was the only person in the place. Staff member said she needed to make some gravy to complete the order, I should have checked the order before I left, got home and found they shorted a potatoes and gravy. Kids were not happy at all as there was not enough to go around. Always check your order before you leave, I doubt whether I will get any follow up on this.

food was terrible. For a place that say it is open until 12am at 9pm you all should not have cold chicken. I should have went to Popeye's but i was being lazy. Who are you open for that late? You could be open 24/7 i would suspect that the food would still be terrible.

This KFC still got the $7 Fill Up Box 💰🍗 solid value if you tryna eat without going broke. Came through 4 days ago and everything was hot, fresh, and fast. Don’t expect 5-star dining, but it’ll hold you down on a budget. Louie K’s Up stamped it for the price point.💯

12 pc chicken was decent, but our 12 pc nugget order was wrong. It was supposed to be saucy, but we got the normal version.
Also, our pickup bags were sealed, so everything was all steamed and soft instead of crispy.
Oh, and no sauce in the pick-up bag.
A disappointment for sure.

placed order at drive, two cars ahead of ne git to the window and was told after payment that they are out. asked about substitution employee just shrugged and mumbled then tried to charge me extra to order something else. went inside to try and get a better explanation and had employees that looked like the walking dead, absolutely no care about what they were doing or customers. asked to speak to the manager, more mumbling, eye rolling and sighing, manger took 15+ minutes to show up. manager said there shouldn't be an issue making my order walked away spoke to a couple of employees who apparently just didn't want to do it. took almost 30min for a famous bowl floor is filthy, had at least 2 other customers come in and leave because they were being ignored.

The restaurant is literally a joke the kids working and the lazy adult management. So I get to the allen kfc restaurant and as soon as I approach the speaker. There is laughter like it's a party going on at 5 40 pm claiming that there system is is down . Little do they know that I managed one when I was a teen. It only takes about 8- 10 min to restart and then count there drawers is about 5 min. After this review I will be contacting someone who can not be named for legal reason but let's just say I know a few of there core auditors. This restaurant needs new management and employees 😩 such a sad shame don't waste your time here just go to another city also been sitting in there parking lot for 30 mins and there still claiming that sad excuse of our systems are down
