I walk in on my lunch break at roughly 3:55, I order a 4 piece tender meal with fries, I then get told they didn't have fries, I said ok macaroni then. 30 mins later, 2 patrons get their food before I do, and they ordered after me. I ask how much longer it will be, then get told they only have 3 tenders and if I wanted nuggets for the 4th tender. Worst KFC I've been to.

Came by your store today at 4:30 the sign says you were open all the lights were on. No one was in the parking lot and no one inside? What is going on? You did not have a sign on any door or on the drive-through menu😢😢

This Kentucky has been closed for a month and when there was open food wasn't that good always out of tea or it wasn't fresh tea guess Kentucky fallen off Popeyes chicken has my business in Allen Kentucky never opens on time always closed

They are rude, never help you when you come in, just stare at you, and they NEVER and I mean NEVER have what you want to order or pick up, and they won’t make it for you, just roll their eyes. It is the worst restaurant in all of Allen!! Used to be a guy there that actually had them working, and doing something, he sadly is no longer there.

The restroom literally had the soap dispenser pulled off the wall and laying in the sink toilet paper all around. The napkin drawer was pulled open and they gave me my food. They missed two fries. I had to go back in and get but at least it was hot and fresh
