I really don't know why this Kroger location has gone downhill so badly on the past year. I never find more than one person working in the deli meat area, even when 2-3 people are waiting. The organic produce looks old/withered. They seem to have more out of stock items than other Kroger stores. I'm done shopping here. The other Krogers in Allen are better.
I'm a regular customer here, and I just recently started doing instacart to pull in some extra cash, yesterday while I was looking for a very specific item (instacart is super specific and some things can't substitute another thing), I asked the person stocking produce for help, I was met with the dirtiest look I've ever gotten and this man yelled at me and said "this is the exact same thing". I enjoy shopping at Kroger. They produce is typically fresh especially at this location. I love that they offer coupons because saving is a must in this economy! Tip: Kroger is less busy at lunch. I was specifically looking for cod or catfish and the seafood representative as kind and got me in & out. I highly recommend visiting this location!!
