Employer purchased play cards for us to use. For some reason, none of the cards worked. I went to the front desk and she said she couldn't help me and that I needed to wait in line at the bowling station. The line was 5 people long, but the 1 person working the desk spent 15 minutes trying to assist the first customer and still wasn't done. There were several other employees around, but no one stepped in to assist with the line. We walked out and went to Dave and Busters. It seems like this business sold cards that don't work.

There is a separate party area which we used and had the entire area f or ourselves.
It has a full bar and great choice of food.
Outside food isn't allowed but birthday cake is fine.

This is such an awesome place for families and kids to enjoy. The place is bright and clean, everybody in the family had fun bowling, playing in the arcades, and even the food was on point! Special shout out to Hiren and the management team, the staff was attentive and friendly. It's the best bowling alley in DFW area.

You pay for time. Not game. So it was horrible trying to rush at the end and it was uneven bowls...so not sure who really won. If I'm going to have a family night bowling...at least give me the whole game. And literally there were only two groups bowling...soooo not a wait for lanes at all! And the pins were hard to see because of the dim lighting. Otherwise it was good

80 bucks for 4 people just 1 hour, lane 6 incredibly warped. Go to Allen bowl if you are just looking to bowl and not going for your kids or arcade for a non-steep price.
