My sister went here for a bday party and said “the sassy 18-19yo worker at the laser tag was so rude to me and my friends”
I’m not trying to be a Karen but being old enough to have a job and still having an attitude and rolling your eyes towards literal 11 year olds is embarrassing..
Besides that my sister and her friends had a very good time bc fortunately my sister and her friends know to ignore people like that.

I would start with a big thanks from the staffs especially Laziz who is the person help us during my niece’s birthday party so kind and welcoming and helpful really appreciate that and iI would highly recommend to celebrate another family’s occasions there .. I definitely be back . ( thank you Laziz )

Pinstack is so fun! The lanes aren’t balanced very well…. Ours pushed all the balls to the right. But for family fun it was pretty great

PINSTACK in Allen, TX is a nice place For family, fun and birthday parties. My only concern is seeing the waitresses (not all, but 2 whom have especially long hair) serving food with long hair flowing and not tied back. It makes me hesitant to order food from this establishment. I would assume they have a policy in place, but apparently it’s not being followed by everyone.

We always have a great time here when we come. Its clean and plenty to do. Today Laila helped me at the desk while tackling a million other tasks and was so sweet and kind and swift at her job. Thank you for such great service!

Atmosphere was good, bowling lanes are in good order and plenty of them. Lots of video games in the game room. Service is sub par though. Took forever to get drinks or food when ordered. Waitress brought wrong drinks. She also brought one drink that was ordered, took it back after he had a few sips and said it wasn’t his. It was the same drink he ordered regardless. She took it back to the bar, dumped it out and ordered the exact same drink for him. Took even longer for him to get it. Made absolutely no sense. Food was good though when we finally got it. Probably will not return, not a very good first impression.

Nice bowling alley and arcade. Removed one star because the time ran out, with no extension option, on the last bowler in the 10th frame with the game on the line.
