I’ve been visiting this Pinstack many times over the years and I keep coming back because I always have a lot of fun and the staff goes above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I’d like to shine a light on two employees I’ve interacted with tonight, Ryley and Ryan. Ryley has taken exceptional care of me over the years. I usually go to Pinstack on Tuesdays for the half priced games and Rylee has been the bartender every time I’ve gone in and he is always so welcoming and hospitable. Ryan, I met tonight and he was working in the games area and he went out of his way to brighten my boyfriend and I’s evening by joking with us about my boyfriend’s impeccable claw machine skills. He didn’t have to do thats but he did, and also checked in on us throughout the evening to see if we needed anything. Please give those guys a raise, or promotion. They should be recognized for their willingness to go above and beyond, and be the example for all Pinstack staff should strive towards.

I say its okay since your kid will have a great time, for a parent or someone looking to have a good time bowling, the lanes aren't super quality surfaces after a number of dents and kids trying to run down them. The premium lanes are better, I only know since the lane I started at broke down and was asked for a new lane instead of waiting for the fix.

Went here for a party and had a great time! The VIP room was clean and well taken care of, and the food hit the spot—especially the wings and cheese pizza (my kid loved the fries!).
The arcade games were fun, and the bowling lanes are well maintained. Service was decent overall, though there’s room to make it a bit smoother.
Great for groups, parties, and family nights—I’ll definitely be back!

THEIR FOOD IS DUSGUSTING! Pinstack is a dying company. Their bowling is nothing special compared to any other bowling lane. Their food tastes like a quarter of the price it costs. All of it tastes frozen. Most of the staff looks like they want to leave.
