Visiting from Missouri. The Brisket was extremely dry. Pulled pork was delicious. Cream corn was more cream than corn. The ribs had a good flavor but were far from “pull off the bone”. What really bothered me though was the Banana Pudding. Charging $8.99 for a pint and then finding out the first inch and a half is all whipped cream seems like a rip off.

I should have known when I saw nobody in the drive through that. This place is going down. I had to ask circle back around even for the complimentary bread that comes with the sausage and all the fixums, all they gave me was the hot sauce is what she asked me about ,no onions. no peppers.? You must be under new management or they have some new kids working in the window that don't know how to do customer service.Either way, I will not be back...SMH

Superb BBQ JOINT that has REAL BBQ...Not some dreary grump joint selling tasteless cryovac bagged Sysco mystery meat. Always a treat. Love their brisket. Solid crew.

Don't think employees are trained enough on handling delivery orders. First ordered via Uber Eats. Seems like that order was stolen or given to the wrong person. So I then reordered with Doordash and they handed the Doordash order to the Uber Eats driver. At the end of the day Rudy's also got impacted because they had to give out food 3 times for 2 orders but I also had to pay twice and ended up with more food than I needed (also took a long time to get the first order). This could've been prevented if they checked the orders when handing food over to the drivers.
Though not going to lie, food is great.

On a side note, Uber Eats Customer service is horrible. They had 30+ minutes to reconcile with Rudy's but took forever to get connected with a live agent, and even when connected, they were rude and didn't care since it showed that the food was delivered on their side despite seeing photos of the receipt showing it was for Doordash. I never asked nor wanted a refund. Since this started with issues on their (Uber Eats) order, I asked to reach out to Rudy's and work it out so that I don't end up with 2 times the food I needed and pay for both. They just abruptly discontinued the communication.

But again, Rudy’s could make improvements with be more thorough when handing delivery orders to drivers.

Absolutely hands down the best food I’ve eaten in Texas so far! I’m already planning to spend my birthdays here for years to come if all goes to plan. The staff are exceptionally kind, the cooks nailed the meat perfectly … especially the moist tenderloin. 😋🤤 Out of this world! Their hot BBQ sauce is worth every penny if you can grab the big bottle.

We came on a Sunday after church and still found plenty of seating, even a party room in the back. As a carpenter, I appreciated the gorgeous handmade tables… solid wood, 🪵 sturdy, and beautifully finished. The atmosphere was welcoming for my big family, and the staff at the register even let me sample meats before ordering. Once I tried the ham 🐷🐖🐽 and then the moist tenderloin (like filet mignon! 🥩), I was sold.

Better than Hardee’s, twice the food for half the price,💲 and no long lines. Nearly as spacious as Buc-ee’s, with plenty of room to enjoy. Truly heaven sent food… 🥩🍗
