Rude and confused lady. If you want fast accurate service go to a different Subway.

Order a double meat BMT, and questioned whether it was enough even for a regular order. Not worth it at all. Firehouse subs offers buy one get one on Uber eats, and I’ll order there next time. Don’t waste your time here.

Made the drive to this location because I’ve had amazing customer service from a staff member named nacho.. I went tonight 10/27 in hopes he would be working.. I arrived at 7:50 pm I noticed younger staff locked the door, turned off the lights and walked to the back when closing time is 9pm stated by their Google page. Absolute disrespect when the younger staff knew I was there but decided to ignore me.

I have eaten at several different Subway locations for many years, but have never installed the app. Today I went to Subway#7761-0 on N. Greenville Ave. in Allen. I met Melissa & Nacho. They were both very courteous and professional. Melissa was helpful setting up my new MVP Rewards app. I recommend everything, but today I bought a foot long #1 The Philly. The service was quick, and it was very tasty.

I got the Titan Turkey sub, one for me, the other for my husband.
Well... let's just rename this thing to Tiny Turkey. At other locations, I've even gotten the regular turkey sub that had more turkey, or even the vegs-- here they skimped on all that were supposed to be "extra." Pics attached-- looks mighty sad, I know, I'd feel ashamed if I owned this place. I hope corporate sees this. Pretty sure it's fraud, but whatever-- this location needs to close down. I'm going literally anywhere else after this joke of a sandwich. This location is pathetic and scammy. Puts Subway in a really bad light. Makes me think--"extra lettuce??? What? We can't possibly afford that! They're not getting that precious commodity!" Saaaaad. :(

I am launching a crusade. In the 90s, Subway cut the bread into the classic "V-Cut" where they carved a little trench in the bread instead of the now ubiquitous side cut. The V-Cut is clearly the superior option owing to its better distribution of toppings, and that it won't squirt out the side of the sandwich on every bite. But, for some reason that maybe you need an MBA to understand, the management at Subway has determined that it is no longer an option. Even at the customer's request.
I told the Sandwich Artist that I would buy the sandwich if he V-Cut it, even if he messed it up. He said he wasn't allowed.
So, I didn't buy any sandwiches from Subway today.
Bring back the V-Cut. Join me in my crusade, tell tell every sandwich artist that you will buy a sandwich if they'll bring it back, otherwise, you will go to Firehouse, Jimmy John's, Which Wich, Chipotle, or whatever.

It's all good, but sometimes the vibe can be awkward/tense
Vegetarian options: If any more ideas are open, try them
Parking: Two spots in the front of the place (normal/mobile) otherwise the others can be a bit of a walk
Kid-friendliness: Some simple veggie bowls, make a sandwich coloring page while waiting

Got a bowl never tried one before so I decided to get one. Apparently they dont chop the salad and meat. I was handed a fork to eat everything with asked for a knife they just gave me another fork. Didnt know I had to chop my own salad when I paid for it to be chopped along with the meat. I was charged for a $10 foot long sub not sure why that was. Probably not returning anytime soon.
Nice place to have fun time with family and to have quality food.

The sandwich was very good, but I tried Long Churro and it was very bad, it was reheated, I couldn't eat it.
