Ordered 15 tacos yesterday. 12 were shells. All were slightly stale. The meat did not taste fresh. This is our first time to this location. Never been disappointed at a taco casa until yesterday.

Big Man in the drive-through is always awesome. He is a model employee. I’ve often thought about “borrowing “ him from you guys :) … besides providing superior service , none of my employees would dare step out of line with him as their supervisor.. You have a great man working for you and I would bet you don’t pay him what he is worth….

Taco casa best fast food Tex-Mex in Dallas metro in my opinion.I've been here three or four times usually around 9:00 p.m. it's typically three employees and an empty lobby maybe one or two cars in the drive-thru if they're lucky. Unfortunately every time I come to this Taco casa I do not feel welcomed and I feel that I'm not wanted here. I'm guessing because it's so late but that's no good.Very rarely in my life I have found napkin holders and...
