I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Topgolf was disappointing enough that I feel like people should be aware. The staff was shockingly rude — from the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. Simple questions were met with attitude, and basic service felt like a burden to them. It was clear they didn’t care about hospitality or creating a good environment for guests. There was zero effort to be helpful, and the vibe felt more like I was interrupting them than paying to be there. It completely ruined the experience, and I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. charges premium prices but delivers bottom-tier service. I expected better.

Our friends told us about the Top Golf summer pass and we have been going together as a family. I wasn't sure how much my kids would enjoy the actual golf but Top Golf now has all these game modes including angry birds and sonic the hedgehog, which changes the way we play. There are a good variety of gold clubs too. There are ones for kids, shorter/taller and even left handed one.
Today we also tried out their food for lunch and it was actually really good. There's a good amount of variety and different flavors. I like the trio wings. We will be back for more.

Tuesday night a crew truly ruined our experience. Right after 0am, a crew instantly came to our 2 bays and said it very loud with no any manner, even threatened me for suspending my account if we hit the ball after 0am. We didn’t know the reason and felt uncomfortable because nobody would be happy if you spent money in a restaurant and were ordered like with 0 manners. Eventually I didn’t hit the ball, just move it to the net and he said “this is not funny, I can suspend you account”, and yes my friend account got suspended by him , charged $403.86 extra(already paid $350 for foods and 2 bays play time). It is 100% ridiculous. I don’t want to escalate like racism or abuse but feeling like the crew doesn't give a ****. Definitely poor of management and education.
What a day! Got a life idk who. You can use your pathetic power in a chain restaurant to beat your customers and show off like you are a king.

We visited this location on a Sunday afternoon with a group of 6 people. Our reservation was schedule at 2:00pm but we did not arrive until 2:45pm due to an accident on the interstate. Not anyone at TopGolf’s issue or fault. John from TopGolf reach out to me at 1:59pm and I relayed this to him. He stated our reservation would be moved to 2:45pm. We checked in and were taken to our bay and Katie K. was wonderful! Very helpful and assisted us with ordering food and beverages. At 3:50pm we were told that our reservation was ending at 4:00pm. We had just ordered food at about 3:45pm. I discussed the fact that I spoke with John on the phone and he stated our reservation would be “moved”, not that he would note we would be arriving late. Moving our reservation would imply we had time from 2:45pm to 4:45pm. Which was not the case. So we left our bay at 4:00pm and moved to the bar so Nancy’s party could move into the bay. About 20 minutes into us sitting at the bar, Katie came over and stated our food that we ordered while in the bay was brought to bay 227 and Nancy’s party accepted and began consuming our food. Katie stated she would resubmit our food order. About 15 minutes later we received our food order. Both orders of wings were not brought with ranch by the kitchen runner. I asked him if we could get four sides of ranch. He stated we would have to ask the bar staff. I went and found Katie again and asked if she could get us the ranch that was ordered with our food, she stated she would. One of the gentleman in our group asked bartender Benjamin S. if we could get some ranch and some silverware, we were told that we were not guests there and they would not bring us silverware, despite us sitting at the bar for up to an hour at that point. At that point I went to the front desk and requested to speak to a manager regarding our negative experience in the bar with the bar staff not acknowledging our presence and refusing to bring us silverware and ranch when that is who we were directed to speak to. In the full hour we sat at the bar, we were not greeted, asked how we were doing, or offered a water. Jules, a bartender, was very disrespectful and dismissive toward our group. At this point, I went to the front desk again and cancelled the waitlist reservation we had made at 4:00pm for another bay. All in all we had a horrible experience with Jules, Benjamin S., and the managers at TopGolf Allen. We were respectful to Katie, our original waitress and tipped her 20% on our $400.00 tab. I respect the location was busy, but there is no reason to dismiss quiet guests who were EXTREMELY patient, despite how we were treated after we left Katie’s section and our bay.

We had reservation for 10 and had to reschedule due to bad weather so we called and they said they would reschedule for the next day. When we tried to confirm the very rude girl on the phone said they had no reservation and she couldn’t help us. “Go online, we can’t do anything for you”. We have been frequent visitors but we’ll find another place to socialize, somewhere where they know how to treat customers properly. Whoever the girl is who answers the phone should find another occupation that doesn’t involve customer interaction.

Came here with some family for thanksgiving break it wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t one of the best experience. We needed 2 bays to hold everyone but the other half of us got there late so there were some issues. We tried to transfer over to bays that were next to each other but it didn’t works super well. None of the points or stats transferred over. We ordered drinks but I don’t think all were correct which happens often. The food was good and I liked it. The system can track decently but there are times where the system gets confused. I sliced a ball far to the right to the net and the system though it rolled down into the white. Another time it would display me going into the brown when it went into the blue (luckily the chip got the scoring right) I personally think there needs to be more tracking cameras, at least one for each bay and also have trackers out in the field on the far sides to help with tracking farther. We tried the new sonic game which was great. I personally think there need to be a bit more action and the characters should be a bit more expressive.
Parking: Close to the entrance and easy to find a spot
Kid-friendliness: Lots of other kids and my cousins had a great time
Took the kids to enjoy an afternoon activity. Staff were friendly, but food/ drink service was slow considering they weren't very busy. Fried Mac n cheese was ok, but had a weird after taste. My daughter liked the flavor off her burger, but said it was a little hard. The weather was great, but a little chilly, would have liked the heaters on in the back and not just near the player swinging.

We celebrated our company’s annual gathering here. We had so much fun! We had a buffet which was good, also good drinks. The only downside was that the service was too slow! Waited to order my drink a long time and we got one of the orders when we were leaving!
