I love TopGolf and the servers are so nice at this location in particular. Food is great too. Esp love the spicy chicken sandwich. but dude here who's name tag said Daniel needs to get off his high horse. He takes his job way too seriously, especially for someone who's just a manager at a top golf ?? dude really needs to lighten up- acts like he's over here running a deadly space mission or something ?
I booked in advance but i don't have an option to book my preferred bay.You should give advantage to the people who book in advance.Your reservation system has a flaw.Give an option to reserve a bay either online or a phone call.

Bad service! I’m starting to worse if good customer service exist anymore. We had a few simple request like please cut a sandwich in quarters and or waitress said it couldn’t be done. Also, we have her our card to check out and it took significantly longer because she went to the next bay over to take a groups drink order and have a 20 min discussion about the menu. Companies teach your staff great customer service!

Worker in red shirt kicked my golf balls off the mat while I was golfing tonight, and claimed that I was dispensing more than one golf at a time (not even possible). I was a potential returning customer, but now I will no longer be coming back. Would not recommend this place.

We called to see if they had put put golf in Allen, we were told yes...we show up and they tell us no put put at this location!

first time at top golf ! had to join wait list online which wasn't terrible, the time they give you is legit accurate! came in and everyone was friendly, loved the ambiance. was debating on whether to go to Dallas or Allen but Allen is for sure it ! the food was amazing, got flatbread and Mac and cheese bites! super good food and the people are very nice and helpful! James even came by our table to make sure everything was okay! we were the last table of the night and we are all young adults and they were so patient and nice, will for sure come back and recommend !!!

Incorrectly added tip wrong spoke with office manager Adriana as tip should have been $26 instead of $46 on a $129 charge for golf lessons requested $20 back and they said they could not do that and to dispute charge with the bank. I don't know of a CRM or accounting system that not allow you to give a refund on customer mistake but maybe top golf does not.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like important guests. Throughout the visit, we were consistently asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything. You want to feel welcome and important as a customer and we were.
