HEB BBQ is a 10 out of 10. Vish is a 12 out of 10!!! Great food and even greater service. Vish, the the employee, took our order, wiping down tables after folks left and making sure her took care of us. Love to see happy employees loving what they do.

I have to admit when I first moved back to my home state of Texas after 25 years and saw that the prominent grocery store chain HEB had Texas style BBQ I was a little skeptical. I am the first to admit that was a big mistake. The BBQ is legit. The brisket is on point. All of the proteins hold their own when stacked up against some of the better stand alone BBQ joints I have been to. I’m not saying that they are the best in Texas because we all know Texas has the best BBQ...
