Stopped in here during a work trip and this was a good stop to make. The food was really good and the service was great. We came for dinner and I had the Mediterranean Melt. I really enjoyed the meal. Delicious and well cook. Our server was very polite and checked on us regularly. I’d recommend a stop in here to anyone.

THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!! A very nice and attentive young man was our server and I’m a bit ashamed that I didn’t ask his name. He did a great job, especially for what he had to work with. The food was upsetting. The worst steak I’ve ever had. The meat was poor quality. They made a big deal about the beef being from a ranch in Mason Texas. It was basically a thin breakfast steak, cooked like a breakfast steak. No seasoning or flavor and very tuff and fatty. Live and learn. The bar didn’t have any quality tequilas for a decent margarita. Overall the food and drink experience was not good in any way. We will never go back.

The food was as amazing as our service, special thanks to Eero!!! We were worried we wouldn’t find anywhere open on a Sunday, but so glad we found the Alcove Social. Everyone was able to find something for their preference. Diablo loaded fries with truly amazing locally sourced beef brisket, single or double patty flat iron cheese burger, and for a simpler take a triple grilled cheese sandwich. Highly recommend if you’re passing through, you won’t be disappointed!

We love this place! It's a local hangout with great service, drinks & food. The Diablo Fries are our new favorite! We also love the waffle sweet potatoes, steaks, and caprese salad.

Was staying in Marathon and popped over for lunch. The food was great, the atmosphere relaxed, and the staff friendly and attentive. Kenze was my server and when I asked about the alcohol content of the various draft beers, she quickly looked it up on her phone and never skipped a beat. Great experience and worth the drive over!

I thought the food was a bit mediocre for the price. After seeing reviews I was really expecting something delicious and I thought it was just okay. I had the smashburger and it wasn't like other ones I've had but more like a regular burger and the bun sort of took over. I really like that they offer grapes as a side but they were not very good and pretty sour.

Great new restaurant in Alpine! We went on a Thurs night and there was no wait. The food was fast and delicious and the drinks were extra tasty. Of course, we got jalapeño margaritas, mmm delish. I ordered the fig and brie sandwich with brisket added just to get crazy. Was very decadent and tasty. For a lighter side I had grapes! Love that as a side option. My husband had a burger with sweet potato fries. Also tasty.

Food is very expensive, quantity very little and quality low. We ordered a Caprese Salad and it’s not even half a tomato! The burger came and the bun was cold.
