We were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem in Alpine! Bock Burger offers real, high-quality food—fresh salads, juicy burgers, and real cheese, all served on homemade sliced bread. Everything is made from scratch, and you can taste the difference. Even though we’re from out of town, we now know exactly where to stop next time we’re passing through. It’s clear the locals love it too!

You think it might have been better to take the burger away and eat it somewhere else because the tables are small and it was windy outside. I was in West Texas for a short trip and I got Bock Burger for dinner two nights in a row because it was just that good- I didn't want to eat anywhere else! It was the freshest, tastiest burger I've ever had. The service was great as well. I was unfamiliar with raw milk cheese and the owner was so kind and helpful in explaining it to me.
When I return to the area, I can't wait to get a cheeseburger, side salad, and cake from Bock Burger again!

WOW!!! If you want a burger you can’t get anywhere else, come to Bock Burger. Michele is the owner with her husband, she works the window. She is super nice. Very accommodating and pleasant. Great music. You sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. The burger was over the top. We got the biggest baddest burger you could get, the SUPER TURBO DELUXE. It was unbelievable. From the bun to all the ingredients, just amazing. I highly recommend, if you’re ever in Alpine, to stop at the Bock Burger!
