Amazing food , also the best tacos that I had in a while

The food is restaurant quality . Don’t underestimate this food truck . She has freshly pressed ground beef for her hamburger. Hamburger is served with fries and if you want cheese/bacon it is an additional fee. We also had the Al pastor(marinated pork) served with rice and beans, cilantro with onions, a green sauce and red hot sauce. Also had a Mexican style potatoe taco this one doesn’t have the cilantro and onion but both tasted good. My favorite taco was the Al pastor . The food looked appealing and tasted good. The rice and the beans were cooked to my liking and not watery like La Casita. . The lady was kind and friendly I was super happy with the service and quality of food . We ate here 4/5 days that we stayed in Alpine, Tx. Today was our last day and she made a cheese quesadilla for my toddler I really appreciated that. The only thing that I can say is I wish she would add some more items to the menu I know it would be tasty . Support this business you won’t be disappointed.

Went to Alpine for the day while in Texas and stopped at Maria’s food truck for lunch. It was excellent. Got the tacos al pastor. The hot sauce was so good I asked where it was from. They said it was homemade and then gave me a small container to take with me! ❤️

Great food, cute spot with clean tables. We had tacos, burgers, chili rellenos, and green chilli chicken enchilada. Authentic flavors and restaurant quality. Highly recommend.

I didn't know what to order from the menú, so I just got an asado burrito and asked them to add rice and beans. The women there were full of smiles. Got to the hotel, and to my surprise, it was one of the best burritos I have had in West Texas. 2 thumbs up.

In a food truck court with some shaded area to sit. The food is La Sierra style from Chihuahua region. The food is straightforward, excellentlyprepared food.

Parking: Close to food truck a with plenty of adjacent street parking.

Kid-friendliness: Friendly and answered our questions.

Delicious! I’m visiting from San Antonio and my family is from Monterrey so I was a little hesitant going out to eat mexican food so far from home but omg it was delicious. Actually best torta I have ever had. So good. I recommend the torta de barbacoa with extra avocado. We circled around the whole little town looking for what was open and what looked good and ended up here and I’m really glad. :)
