The food is restaurant quality . Don’t underestimate this food truck . She has freshly pressed ground beef for her hamburger. Hamburger is served with fries and if you want cheese/bacon it is an additional fee. We also had the Al pastor(marinated pork) served with rice and beans, cilantro with onions, a green sauce and red hot sauce. Also had a Mexican style potatoe taco this one doesn’t have the cilantro and onion but both tasted good. My favorite taco was the Al pastor...
Went to Alpine for the day while in Texas and stopped at Maria’s food truck for lunch. It was excellent. Got the tacos al pastor. The hot sauce was so good I asked where it was from. They said it was homemade and then gave me a small container to take with me! ❤️
I didn't know what to order from the menú, so I just got an asado burrito and asked them to add rice and beans. The women there were full of smiles. Got to the hotel, and to my surprise, it was one of the best burritos I have had in West Texas. 2 thumbs up.
