Food quality and selection is low at best. The coffee shop is a fake Starbucks with very few options and the espresso machine is typically broken. Charging close to $2000/semester for a meal plan to be served ultra processed food is a complete scam. The number one complaint at Sul Ross is the food or lack there of. I reached out to ARAMARK more than once regarding my concerns and they did nothing. Luckily I was able to file a grievance with the school and they we extremely helpful and understanding in remedying my situation.Vegetarian options: Same cold salad bar option everydayDietary restrictions: Good luck finding something!
