We paid 22 dollars for a pizza and were told it would be 15 minutes. It took 45 because they ran out of ingredients. They did nothing to apologize or anything while we were waiting with a hungry toddler.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst restaurant experience of my life, I have ordered from the Alpine Pizza Hut regularly for the past 8 years since moving here but never ever again. Staff was not only rude they were nasty and aggressive. Driver’s car broke down and pizza was never delivered even though it was marked as delivered on the app, nor did they call. I had to call to find out where the pizza was, was told it wasn’t coming and that I’d have to come to the store in person to pick up cash for a refund the next day (no doubt because the store or the driver did not want to mark the delivery as incomplete). Was told to come at 10:30am when they opened, but when I came at 10:40am the next day, despite there being a sign saying they opened at 10:30am, the store wasn’t opened. I eventually got my refund but not before the manager, who strolled in to open the store on her own time frame, took issue with the fact that I was annoyed after all of that (with good reason! It was not a small amount of money and Pizza Hut had already wasted hours of my time at this point), threatened to fight me, told me I could call the cops to get my money, and finally threw the money at my car while I was sitting in the parking lot. So yeah waited 2 hours with no food and no call, food was marked delivered when it wasn’t, inexplicably told to pick up cash for my refund despite ordering online with my card, and staff were combative because I expected them to open their store at the posted time, the time I was told to arrive. None of these people should be working in customer facing positions. Appalling behavior.

Pizza was fine, it would have been better if it would of came as ordered. As you can see in pictures,I ordered extra sauce and after getting home I find that there is no sauce on the pizza and some spots didn't have cheese, just baked dough.

Sign says "wait to be seated ", we stood there over 5 mins, twice, an employee saw us. I finally called on the phone and someone came out of the bathroom to seat us when he heard the phone ringing. I guess it wasn't the people in back "job" to greet guests or even acknowledge us.

I went to the Pizza Hut in Apline TX while on a hiking trip. I haven't been in years due to poor quality in the past.
I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were friendly, the price was acceptable, and the food was AMAZING!
Way better than the Domino's in my hometown. The brownies they make actually fill the pan and aren't super oily
Dietary restrictions: My mom can't have red sauces due to a tomato allergy. They have a white sauce they out switched for us.

We walked in this place hoping for salid buffet, nope there wasn't one so we were handed dirty crusty paper menus so we left, to dirty for us that was to bad because I really enjoy pizza
