These people are beyond lazy!!!!!!!!! I couldn't eat any of it cause it was cooked wrong and left out to sit and get cold. There were tons of employees standing around talking and doing nothing. Took 20 minutes to get that crappy food.

When ordering through the app, be forewarned: if you do not leave a tip, your food will be messed with, i.e., I ordered chili cheese groovy fries. They were so over salted they could not be eaten. On two separate orders when I purchased a burger, the lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh. The pickles used had a peculiar taste, not that of dill hamburger. This happened when I decided not to tip on the app. As a result, I felt I was being punished.

Very disappointed this visit... Onion rings & fries burnt to the point we could not eat them. Burgers were fine however drinks were not marked and both were over carbonated to the point we didnt drink them and had to stop at store for more. Carhop seemed to not like his job he didnt bring straws and acted as if it was our fault he had to make 2 trips. We will make a different choice for fast food next time we pass thru Alpine, Texas. Sorry to rate so low but this is exactly our experience during our last visit. Seems a manager would control food and service quality better than this.

Contrary to most other Sonics we've eaten at in Houston and Galveston, this Sonic was refreshingly accurate with our order and fast too. Thanks for the friendly service on our way to the McDonald Observatory!
Placed order and was brought out incomplete asked for what was missing and waited thirty minutes for two fries and missing the sauce.

Let’s see here. First it took 18 minutes for the food to come out with was only 7 items. Second, it was actually six items because they forgot one of the sandwiches (glad I checked), third it took an additional 12 minutes to get the last sandwich, WHICH THEY STILL CHARGED US FOR. Lastly, the coffee we ordered didn’t have the lid pushed down and it split in the front seat when we set the drink carrier down. Visits like this make it really easy to never go back to. Major customer service fail.
