The new management and team in Alpine is amazing. Immediately when walking through the door, you are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! You can definitely feel a positive energy when walking in and even more so with the employees being very attentive to meeting your quality needs with your order. The food still tastes great! The staff really is so polite from the moment you walk in. Thanks for making this Subway great again. I appreciate your kindness to me and my kiddos. It really a breath of fresh air. ❤️

There was a line to the door, but kept halting service to work on pickup orders, going so far as letting a woman cut and direct sandwich creation from the drink fountain while ringing us up. They kept throwing the completed orders on top of my partners bagged sandwich, and when I was finally allowed to finish ordering, gave me the wrong sandwich. The ones they were throwing weren't even the same size as my order, so I don't know where the bacon/tuna monstrosity came from

Ordered over the phone and got something completely different.
If I could leave less of a review I would. Since new ownership prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and Formulas are no longer being met. Unsure if on accident, due to employees not being properly trained, due to language barriers, or on purpose to save money and cut corners. Just drive to the flying j in Stockton don’t waste your time and money here 0/10 do not recommend.

This location is absolutely disgusting. The AC NEVER runs. It was 101 degrees when we went in last week. We have been inside several times in the last few months and I always thought it was extremely warm, but I just equated it to be the ovens running or something along those lines. I asked an employee last week if the AC was broken and he said " The owner doesn't turn it on." New ownership took place in January and the place has just gone down hill ever since. Pretty sure someone will get really sick eating food out of that place with the temperature and cleanliness issues. This place needs a health inspector to shut it down.

I also don't like the fact that the first window you can't even see what they have. Please address this problem.
