Alpine Subway is quick to finish our order, the employees are hard workers, and the food is pretty good. However, refunding a bag of chips - that I didn't order but they charged me for anyway - was a huge headache.

Stopped by on our way back home from presidio. The service was great. The guy that helped us, was sooo sweet. Didn’t get his name (black and grayish hair). He was fast super kind and soo nice!

Got a toasted turkey sandwich and I am not sure if it was the lettuce that made it feel cold but it did not feel toasted even though I saw it get toasted. Sandwich had a weird smell and tasted a bit off

Subway hits with the turkey spinach whole wheat 6-inch—fresh turkey, crisp spinach, on whole wheat bread + chipotle sauce? Yes, but grab napkins. The foot-long chocolate chip cookie is chewy bliss—devoured instantly. Was tasty, and quick. The floor still needed to be cleaned, but the staff were working on cleaning it while I was there. Must: Cookie.

Worst customer service went to this subway today and it was busy I understand it gets frustrating but no need to make my order wrong and ignore me the the whole time of you can’t handle a rush don’t work there very disappointed especially in one employee who couldn’t make simple nachos literally just gave me chips with steak and cheese nothing like the advertisement and and after asking multiple time to add more stuff he just said yes and continued to charge me and ignore my request

We stopped with 2 vans with 18 people on. Friday at 2 p.m. The employees worked quickly and efficiently! They got us all through in 20 minutes without any errors!! The food was great!!

There was a change in ownership recently and since then I myself have contracted food poisoning (will not go into details but it was awful), others I know of and people I’ve heard of have gotten ill from eating here. Please just go anywhere else in town. It’s not worth it!
Foot long Wheat bread, Toasted with Tuna & shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cucumbers, Mayo & Mustard! Must try, that’s my favorite! 10/10
