Fun little place. Secretly the best burger and lunch menu in Alpine.

We came here from Pittsburgh and this was our first stop on the way to Big Bend National Park. We heard about this food truck from the YouTube channel Mission America and decided to give it a try. We ordered the Chicken and Swiss sandwich and the Chicken Philly—both were delicious!! The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and helpful, and the seating area was quirky and fun. Honestly, if we hadn’t seen it on YouTube, we probably never would have stopped because it looks a little scary and run down from the outside—but we’re so glad we did!

Stopped while driving through Texas. Had the Philly chicken hoagie with a side of fries, and a bottle of Coke. Seating is at picnic tables or high tops, cool vibe. Well worth finding this little gem.

We ordered the jalapeño burger and a regular burger. They both come with fries and ranch, which is always a plus for me! Everything was delicious and freshly made! The have 4-5 tables outside to sit at, a few of them with umbrellas for shade.

The best food in town. You need to stop and eat the food and get you a Boba. You can eat there or take it home, either way you will enjoy the savory and most excellent lunch. It's 5 star restaurant quality from the most awesome people. Stop. Eat. Enjoy!

Best food in Alpine! Friendly service, fresh food, good options. Everything was great and if I were staying in Alpine longer it's probably the only place I'd get food from.

Delicious food truck which we stopped at on our way to Big Bend from El Paso. The burgers were all good and everything was fresh. Boba at $5 is a steal compared to Florida prices. There are three or four tables next to the truck and a little shade at two of them.

Tri-la-bite is a must, if you're in the mood for great burgers, fries, and boba! Add an egg on your burger. You won't regret it. Hadn't eaten there in years, since I use to live in Alpine, so for me traveling almost 1000 miles one direction to visit family and friends for the holidays, this was a must for me to get.

Finally got to try out Tri La Bite and had their Hatch Green Chile Burger with fried okra and it was delicious! Hubby got the Boss Burger and said it was great, as well as the fries! We will definitely be back!
