Cajuns from south Louisiana Driving through from Corsicana back home. Very cute town and nice large diner with buffet. The HB was so delish. Grilled buttery buns, meat fresh and handmade added hot sauce, dressed perfectly. Curly fries perfect crunchy. Onion rings homemade and huge. Presentation on point.

The food is out of this world. The burgers have a taste that leaves a person wanting more and the French fries were very hot. For me that is a huge thing to have hot fries. I highly recommend Miss Mollie's Diner and anything on the menu is bound to please your palate.Kid-friendliness: Have high chairs and plenty of room to maneuver around.
