Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered online, came to pick up, someone had already picked up my order, they showed me a picture of a large Hispanic woman I’ve never seen before, refused to refund, or remake the order, told me to call corporate, sounded like were accusing me of something, DO NOT COME HERE!

Should have robots working here because the employees here don't help at all. Came in for a online order. Order wasn't made and all I got was a blank stare.

They took over thirty minutes to try to make my order, only for them to tell me they forgot one of my pizzas and it's be ANOTHER 15 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and she acted like she couldn't care less about what happened, didn't offer an apology or refund!

Feel like this whole franchise just doesn’t even try anymore. First there are rude employees, no customer service at all. You can stand there for 5 minutes and not even get a “what do you want” they just look at you and turn away. Not just this location either.

went there they say they close at 11.. well i get there around 9:45 and i see a girl open the door and see me coming and immediately close it and lock it ! i’m like cool so i go up there to make sure i didn’t get the hours wrong it clearly said open till 11 so try opening the door then they just stare at me one girl comes and opens the door and says sorry we are only doing mobile orders only due to being short staffed. well there was at least 5 workers in the building idk if they just wanted to go home but after getting off my second job at night time i just wanted some damn pizza that was hot and ready! moral of the story i got taco bell and ill never try to go here again

Gave me the wrong pizza and when I called I was told they just don't make it anymore, so instead of letting me know beforehand I paid for something I didn't want. Messaged their support and they never responded to me

We called and they told us they don’t do orders over 30$ so we made a second order and they wouldn’t let us they changed it to a order over 40$ and kept switching back and forth between the two
