I went here one night to get dinner and I was charged twice for the singel dinner. I will be stopping In to get a refund for 1 of the charges.

Gave me the wrong pizza and when I called I was told they just don't make it anymore, so instead of letting me know beforehand I paid for something I didn't want. Messaged their support and they never responded to me

We called and they told us they don’t do orders over 30$ so we made a second order and they wouldn’t let us they changed it to a order over 40$ and kept switching back and forth between the two

The chicken wings were a total disappointment. At $8 for 8 pieces one would expect some meat on them.

Man I hate to say racism was involved but whatever’s going on with the crew that worked before 9 pm on Wednesday April 16. The young Hispanic lady asked me if I spoke English or Spanish I said well kind of both then she let everyone else order even though me and my mother were there about 13 minutes more only helping the Hispanic people and COMPLETELY ignore anyone else , even the African American guy was angry in the parking lot! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Be expecting a heavy discrimination lawsuit from a group of people. Idk if she personally knew me but even my mother was appalled at the blatant discrimination!

Twice i went.up on my lunch break ND ordered there pretzel pizza both times they gave me regular crust with pretzel salt on top ...

I ordered 1 order of crazy puffs NO PEPPERONI and I have a very limited lunch brake and after refusing to take my order over the phone I waisted half my lunch brake waiting for my order because I had to wait for it to be made just for it to be wrong and they did nothing to fix the issue!

My son ordered an extra most bestest, he added bacon. Without telling him they charged him an additional $9... Just letting y'all know

I paid for a pizza I never received and then was told I could come by and pick it up on another day only to get the run around when getting there. The person at the counter was oblivious.

I made an order at 9pm, got home and found out they messed it up. They told me to call the next morning since they were closing so we ate it because it was late and I'm not going to not feed my kids. The next day I argued with them because they said since we did eat it there was nothing they could do. After a bit of reasoning they said they'd comp my next order.
Called in to order a few days later and Alexandra who I talked to before claimed she never said she didn't remember even though before she said she'd leave a note. After calling her out, all of a sudden she claiming she said discount.
