The manager there today was the rudest person I ve come in contact with in years. I thought she was going to bite the head off her employees and she wasn’t any nicer to the customers. Ridiculous! She said things like, “what do you want?” When someone walked up and said, “Do you mind if I ask you for something”. Like abrupt, she was bothered and didn’t have time for this none sense kind of WHAT DO YOU WANT”! All the employees were on edge and I really wanted to free them… it’s madness that this is who someone hired to manage their crew… I’m so sorry to the employees having to deal with her. Smh

I waited 15 minutes for a Quarter Pounder w/cheese and then was told to pull forward while they waited on the meat... ??? I just got my money back and went to Taco Bell...
We are going more frequently since our family moved near by. Employees are all friendly even during major rush times. The play area is kept clean and welcoming. Main dining area feels a bit small, but it us clean and family friendly. Food is fresh and orders are fast.
Kid-friendliness: McDonald's is family oriented and this one definitely understands our kids are important.

This place is horrible.! The business is obviously busy and you as a manager are playing around with another employee allowing them to be on FaceTime and goofing off with them??? While I waited 21 minutes for 5 items…. The young boys pants are saggy and unprofessional. The manager was rude yelling and cussing the whole 35 mins I was there. Lobby is absolutely gross not sure how anyone could even eat in there. Someone needs to get this store under control. Very disappointing.
