Ordered two different burger meals. The fries were shitty and our burgers were not warm or hot. They remade them and it still tasted like it had been sitting awhile. We didn't have the time to just sit there and have them remake them over and over just to get the same result. Paying $24, I should be able to enjoy my food. Very disappointed.

I wouldn't stop at Sonic here in Alvarado if you paid me to the right time I go in there they never have the food they're always out of food the type of places that's in Alvarado and they say shopping your home town behind the hell you supposed to shop when they don't have no food in the fast food places

I keep wanting to give this place a chance because I love Alvarado, but man they can never get it right. They can’t even get mayonnaise right it’s almost like they purposely drown it in mayonnaise here. This is supposed to be light mayonnaise.

I've now changed my review to a one star. They stopped taking orders on the Sonic app?!! What? Obviously this is a franchise and the owner and GM are incompetent. They are always out of stuff, they cannot keep quality staff. Do yourself a favor and run to the Keene or Burleson Sonic.
